ok thanks for all the info just went and had a look and apparently its the 4valve jap/american head which was in rally/race cars (wikipedia) and yeah everything is there for the conversion apart from a couple of parts and peices! so thanks mrmoparman but i really want to do something a bit different :jamie: i would love a 4age but yeah gearbox and complete engine for $800 sounds good mate!!

yeah its for the red machine lol yeah i no of two 4ages but its the fact of finding the t50 and also everyone is doin 4age conversions so i thought i'd be a bit different :jamie: And a mate up the road just happened to have this 18rg sitting there apperntly $3000 worth but he just wants the room back in his shed so i thought $800 is pretty good and i might be able to get him lower :hmm: :y: and the wiring just isnt my thing but thats because I'm only 14 but ive got plently of people around me to do that for free hehe!

gday ya'll ive found meself a bit of a deal on a rebuilt 18rg twin carb and a 5speed for $800 and was wondering if it would be possible to put it in my 1984 ke70 with mods of course but has it been done before??

awesome thanks for that but i have 4ac model so can i fit twin cam springs to my struts front and back and are the standard twin cam springs any more heavier??

My good ol' ae82 starting to go soft (really soft) and was wondering what spring/inserts people have used for perfect tuning! it does a little bit of motorkhana and khanacross but is also a street driven car so if you could just tell me what ya have under your beast and how she handles that would be tops! :P

LOL!! not quiet a vtec, part from the fact its rear wheel drive she powered by a commodore v6 supercharged lol one mean machine, that was only the start of the samoke!!
just depends if your lucky or not, some times people basically give em away and some want a bit for them but they've been goin on ebay for about $200-$1000 in all sorts of condition!!
sorry :'( but off the topic about the valve springs do holden ones fit straight in no modifications (4k-c)? if so which ones should be used? and does it change your rev range at all??

i can defenetly tell you a 4k will servive on hard revs for ages and also 5k goes very well as one of the other members at my car club has a extremely hot 5k which is the fastest in class and dude does it move along!! my advice go anything above 1.3 in a ke70
gday people i have a completely stock 4k apart from extractors and I'm wanting to know what MAIN jets people have been puting in, i know it says in FAQ to start at 130 but i wanted to know what you exactly have??
