Blow off valves are common on Turbo cars. Superchargers make there own whine noise instead. I haven't seen a blow off valve on a supercharger setup, though it wouldn't suprise me if you could put one on it.

No, I'm glad you said this. As other people obviously don't know what they have researched before hand. Engine conversions need a mod plate. Seems some people around here think you can slop anything into everything.
