the thing on the bottom is the idle adjustment and they are gravity fed no fuel pump. hopefuly the needle and seats will hold back the pressure from the pump

those carbs might not be enough for the 4k as they are off a 750cc bike and going on a 1300cc car but u can always jet them up let us kno how it goes

ok well ive never heard of a 4 stroke bike ever needing a rebuild exept if its gone pop and ive been around bikes since i was 3 my dad was the truckdriver for peter stevens for 5 years and owned sychaul motorcycle transport i have also been raceing bikes for about 4 years but never had to do a rebuld and my motor has done well over 100 houres another idea just use hyabusa throttlebodys and computer they will give the 4k what it needs+ the compter is fully programable

wrong its 2stroke dirt bikes that need extensive re builds and a stock gsxr1000 will walk away from a carerra gt3 with a roling start of 140ks and bikes have a longer power curve that cars and way more than a k motor

bike motors last way longer than car motors i have a 1991 kawasaki zzr250 over 750,000ks on it and its never skiped a beat it also have recently been boosted from 5 to 15psi

ok so i was thinking about turbo. i kno this has been talked about shit loads but i think i have some new ideas if u run a 2" zorst then u need a 2" inlet (based on a draw through system with the carb infront of the turbo) my reason to think this is. if the turbo is getting fed by a 2"zorst it will make 2" worth of inlet ( i kno this is hardly a scientific exlanation but c'mon I'm 14) and if the pipe from the manifold to the turbo and the pipe from the turbo to the plenium are the same lenght it will give a more responsive power curve and reduse lag because it will be pushing the same volume of air as it is being pushed by. so anyway thats my idea tell me if u think its shit or if it might work
