hey guys the other day my 4a started making some nasty bottom end noises from cylinder 4 and i don't have any money but a mate of mine has a 3a-c engine at his house, i was wondering if it will fit my ae82 untill i can get the 4a-c rebuilt. thanks Ian

my rims arnt original csx rim... my car isnt even a csx its a seca but i got honda civic 13s on it with the middle painted black and the lip polished... i think it would look just as good with csx rims, heres a pic : they r a bit dirty :y:, i wish they were dished lol :)

cuz i aint no good with fibreglass and a the lips they r sellin on ae82ownersclub.com are a little boring for me :)

hey people i recently painted my ae82 and now it looks extremely boring with the stock bumpers and no skirts, so i thought i should look into getting a bodykit this is my 1st car and I'm sorta new to finding custom stuff, so is there any1 out there that can point me towards a kit for this model it would be much appreciated oh yea its a seca liftback, i dunno if liftbacks have a different rear bumper to the hatches or sedans cheers Ian

just installed a central locking kit from supercheap yesterday, works like a charm

some time last year i bought an 1986 ae82 4 $650 :hmm: wen i got it the paint was old and sus so i got it resprayed (white) looks nice now, will be better 1ce i paint that blue bit black tho haha unfortunatly its a 4ac not 4age but oh well still goes good... specially with the new exaust :hmm: anyway here are some pics of the beast new exaust old exaust :D hope 2 get some new rims soon and the ones thats are in the pic are now painted black with polished lip :) oh and the lil spoiler is painted black now and i have a nice big kenwood sticker on the back window :D

hey i was looking at my ae82 and noticed the front end looks alot like a ae86... so i was thinking if i could get a ae86 front bar on there is it possilbe or has it been done, cause i think it would look mad with a ae86 bumper and maybe ill make some skirts outa fibre glass 2 match if the front fits :abuse: thx Ian

uh oh, I'm getting a 4" cannon put on my ae82 this friday lol... oh well it can't sound as bad as my muffler that is torn in half ( dam i wish i didnt take the dizzy of that day)

i paid 180 4 a ae82 windscreen (fitted) on the sunshine coast, probly wouldnt be much more 4 a ae112... what state are you in ?

yea thought, so i lined the notch on the crank pulley 2 the 0 mark and the i lined up the marks in the dizzy and it still didnt work so i tryed the crank pulley notch @ the 10 mark and it still didnt work :hmm:.... do u think maybe ive done some dmg inside the engine ? lol

yea i have a ae82 lift back, i took it 4 a road worthy and 1 of the parts that failed was an oil leak in the dizzy so i took it off 2 have a look and when i put it back on it just kept backfiring till the pressure was so bad it ripped my muffler open :D, I'm not sure if the dizzy is out of time with the valves or something... any suggestions thx Ian
