Bout time you posted considering its your car lolz :) Almost finished cleaning up the front Sway Bar & Castor Arms. Just waiting for you to buy the nolathane bushes for the front Sway Bar & Castor Arms. Hooking up the engine crane this week, so we can sit the engine before it gets painted on the 21st.

WOW Thats Dirty as bro! It already looks a 100% better in Primer, wait til she's gets Painted. Have to pick up the engine crane this week, so we can sit the engine and check cleanance before the engine bay gets painted.

Ended up removing the Sway bar, Brackets & Castor arms to fit the Radiator. Started cleaning them up with the Electrolysis system on Sunday. Should have them painted up with new bushes by the weekend. Will post more pics before then to show before & after results. Works like a Paint Stripper & Rust remover all in one.

LOL would haave to see the setup first. Here's what i finished this morning. Got a question when you removed the front sway how the f**k did you get the end bit off so you can slide the sway bar out of the bracket?

LOL I'm pro at makng brackets, had to stuff around heaps for my radiator brackets but they sit real nice and no clearance issue's.

Sweeet as mate would be nice to see your beast in real life keep me motivated & inspired. Got a few more pics, but forgot to get some of the radiator. Was just happy there was no clearance issue's.

Should catch up for a beer if you live close, come round so i can check your Beast out. Got a 4AGTE sitting in the garage and i never even heard what they sound like running. Sad hey! Not long, bout to go and take some photo's now. Just mounted the radiator and put the bonnet on to check clearance. Clearance is all good thx god didn't have to f**k around to much. Need an extention for the drill before i can screw it in to place.

Yeah good point! I had to cut the holes for the piping! But the Radiator that I'm using fits in just nice. How did you mount the Radiator at the base?

Hey Roo! Did you have any clearance issue with the radiator? How come you mounted the intercooler inside in the engine bay?

Ok, Just finished making the radiator brackets! (Mission) But its going to sit nice and firm, will get some photo's tomorrow in the day light.

Just went and got the paint for the engine bay.

Love It Man! Rota Power FTW. Here's my Engine just had it all polished up.

I had to cut the head light bracket's to fit the Intercooler this way. Tight fit but the piping will be shorter from Turbo to Cooler.

Still have to make radiator brackets yet but thats about it really engine bay wise. Gets painted on November the 1st so 2 weeks then will sit the engine the week after. Started hitting some of the rust in the boot, still bit more work to go yet.

Hey People! Got Woken up by the sound of Indy cars this morning so i thought i take some photo's of the Intercooler with holes cut.

Got the Silicon bends :) Will cut the holes tomorrow and post more pic's.

Hey People! I have a set of Super Lights for my Escort would they fit on my KE70? both 4 stud just don't know the exact specs. Couldn't be bothered jacking up both cars to see if they fits or not. Hoping some on here would know if they are the same stud pattern or not?

Hey People! Good news Silicon Bends have been ordered and should be here by Friday 17th or Monday 20th at the latest. Went to a few performance shops after work yesterday, was going to cost $100 bucks for a set of 2. :wink: Ended up finding these on eBay for $20 each plus $6.90 postage so all up worked out at $47 bucks. Good old eBay! :D

Its optional man, I haven't tried a Silicon 3" Join to 2.5" 90 degree bent yet! Here's the link for them Silicon Bends if it comes to it will get them just to keep the piping short from Cooler to Turbo. ("Turbo Hoses R&R") :wink: Been slack, Got the Metal the make the radiator brackets. Ill make sure i stop a Auto Barn on the way home and get one Silicon bend to do some testing with. If it doesn't fit we can just return it i guess. :D Wet Sanded the whole engine on the weekend with Kra55 & Hay$. Got it Primer'd and ready for painting this weekend if every thing goes as planed. :)

I'm going to Paint the Radiator Brackets with that Paint as well will come out nice. Getting the Silicon Bend on the way home, Going to ring Super Cheap & Auto Barn to see if they have any in stock. Will have more progress photo's up by the weekend.
