Hey People! Painted the Intercooler Brackets yesterday, Come up really nice with this Paint I'm using. Here's the Paint i used!

don't think much is going to happen this weekend bro. Was ment to be getting painted this Sat but i don't think its going to happen due to lack of founds for the paint & labour. Going to lend a 90% Degree Silicon Bend off my mate to use as a template to cut the holes for the mean time.

LoLz Yes Sir! :) All good, should have the brackets for the radiator & the holes cut for the piping finished by this weekend. Iv been sick :) the last 2 weeks so i haven't really done much on the car.

Thats the only way it will work, Is with them Silicons Bends. I made the Intercooler Brackets todays will paint them tomorrow. Not the best picture, But here ya go.

Got a few more pics again today. Cut the head light frame out and got a wholesaw to cut the cooler piping holes. Just waiting for Kra55 to buy the Silicon 90 degree bents some time this week. The peace i had to cut out for piping clearance. Going to be a tight fit. Still need to find another stone tray.

Very Good Point! The Oiler cooler i got on my Gem is a 30 rom you think its to big? Its a 13b Turbz Rota, they run hot & use alot of oil. Ill guess ill find out ether way, I'm pretty sure it has a thermostat but!

Its my little brothers car he has to buy all the bits. If not ill get it @ Xmas for him lolz Yeah should be i found these kits on eBay that are cheap! don't need any thing to big as its only a 1.6L "Oil Cooler Kit" Check out the Size of the Big Ass Oil Cooler on My Gemini!

Hey Lab ended up cutting out the brackets on the head light frame's last night that we looked at! So the piping almost clears it now. Have to get a Whole Saw to cut them holes A.S.A.P Really need to get all these little things done before she gets painted. Need to find another Front Stone Tray. The one I'm using was bent and all messed up, so i cut it up a bit more for a template for when we get the new one. The 90 Degree Mandrel Bending Piping I'm using may not clear the head light frame :hmm: Just that bit to long, need to find some thing shorter. So i found these! Nice colour selections aswell :lol: I think they will look the part and give us WAY more clearance :y: Here's the link has pricing list. "Turbo Hoses R&R"

You using Front Mount intercooler? If so have you got photo's of your front end setup? I have to make the Brackets for the radiator & cooler & Cut the holes for the Front Mount Piping before it get painted in 2 weeks time.

I would be keen to get a set for the 4AGZE I'm working on! How much with postage?

Nice Setup Man! Got a real Mazda RX3 look about it. Same Conversion I'm doing but in a KE70.

Cheers Man! Little brother pulled the Engine and Installed the Cross member. Iv done all the Sanding & Restoring. Have a Engine Crane lined up for the week after she gets Painted. So 3 weeks and the Engine & Gear Box will be in.

Got some more Photo's today been playing with radiator and front mount. Have to cut the hole's for the piping and make the brakets for the radiator which ill have to speak to my mate about at Tricky Weld. Fitted the refreshed brake booster aswell for fun. Gets painted in 2 weeks! :y: All for the coast of the Paint, Carton of Beer & a Bottle of Spirits. So not much i can do till then but clean up all the little bits before they go back in. Zip Tied the Fron Mount on to figure out where to cut the cooler piping holes. Raditator is Zip Tied in aswell to check bonnet & piping clearance. Brake Booster after i put it in the Electrolysis setup. Cleaned it up real nice, then gave it a coated of black. She's Getting there nice and quick, thats 3 weeks of work :hmm: Have to figure out how to make the brackets for the cooler & radiator? Any Suggestions?

Iv been trying to find out what the Standard power of a 4AGZE, Have come across a few sites that would help with your Question. Don't know what the power reading would be from the fly wheel but? 1, Kilo Watt to Horse Power conversion: http://www.mr2ownersclub.com/converter.htm 2, Bill's 4AGE Modified Garage: http://www.billzilla.org/4agmods.htm#145hp Figured out the 4AGZE standard horse power is around 165HP which is 123KW. From what iv been reading you can get a 185HP with the Supercharger and Standard ECU. As we have a Turbo 4AGZE setup with after market ECU and heaps of bolt on upgrades i'm hoping we would make around 200HP = 150KW.

Updated Engine Bay Photo's. Just need to touch up a few little bits and wet sand again. Excel Radiator With Dual Thermo Fans. Cleaned it up a little bit & flushed it with radiaotr cleaner. Need to get it compression tested before we make the mounts and fit it.

Finish in a hour will have more pic's up when i get home!
