Hi all, i have just aquired a 5 speed which came from a ke70 and obviously I'm faced with the troubles of it no fitting in my ke36 wagon, id rather not do any cutting etc so my question is.... Can i just swap the extension housings from my 4 speed over into the 5 speed box??????

Just a quick question. Is their supposed to be 2 or 4 thrust washers on the crank in a 3k? cheers brandon

Pull the plugs out and see if they are dark or oily. This happened in my bros 4k after he got it tuned because that much fuel was going into the thing..

Yeah the jap diff's have easier ratios to find and are also alot lighter. And as coln72 said you will more than likely need to change your tailshaft if your chagin to borgy cos where the tail shaft bolts up to the diff they will be different. ohh and the spring packs are the same

Dude this is speedway. You are only aloud 3ks for corollas. A12's for dattos and wateva 1200cc engine a charade has got in it.

Well they can't. Unless someone wants to put some money up for people to strip down your engine if they think your cheating. And they strip top 5 cars at state and national titles aswell.
