I've spoken to robert, he's the rego check guy at north west truck centre. He's had a look at it and he said it'll be fine with no brake upgrades & no suspention upgrades. :D He said the only reason it'll be legal is because its a bolt on turbo, the engine didn't come from factory the way it is. Somehow it makes a difference? :lol: don't worry mate i asked him ALOT of questions before i went ahead with the conversion. :party: By the way, do you know roughly how many KW/HP it had at the wheels when casey had it in the coupe? I've done alot to my car lately but it doesn't seem to show any progress which sucks. Anyway bursons said that they'll have the new master cylinder on thursday. If they sell it on me again i might have to go to a different auto parts shop lol. Put a new cd player in "rolly" yesterday, looks pretty good. If i get this master cylinder on thursday i should be looking at another 3 weeks max till PIT pass :lol: ;) ;) Thanks so much everyone for all your help and support :dance: :D :party:

Still haven't got my master cylinder. My fuel pump was stuffing up so i moved it closer to the fuel tank works perfecly now :P Not too many pictures to show catch yas :cool:

Alright so i went to bursons today after the guy rang me and told me my clutch master cylinder was ready to be collected. When i got there one of the staff had already sold MY ordered part to some random. :jamie: So they have re-ordered me one and hopefully i can get it asap! Car is almost ready for rego check just gotta put the master cylinder in and cut holes for intercooler piping then it'll be on its way :) Cheers

Yea the shell itself wasn't in too bad nick. Yeal i'll paint the engine bay 1 day but just concentrating on getting the car driveable first lol. Other plans are to buy some sort of rims for it to make it look a bit better. Then rego and drive :dance:

Yeah it has the rubber thing in between the pump and bracket but i havent actually mounted it to the car yet. Whoa thanks so much TAZ. Now the regulator makes sense. I'll have to try it out first thing in the morning. i hope everything goes smooth from now on. i can't wait to drive it! It is a external fuel pump, its also alot louder than i expected too lol.i've set it up now and it does its job well. yea casey gave me the malpassi rising fuel rate too, but i can't figure it out. i'll put a pic up and can someone please label what pipe plugs into where? sorry but i've never mucked around with anything like this before. cheers :lolcry:

Yeah i got the 2T i havent put the fuel pump in yet. its been raining too much and our carport/garage thing is still full of junk from my 18th on saturday lol. Tomorrow I'm going to bursons to grab my clutch master cylinder. I got myself a Holden Camira fuel pump, does anyone know if its gravity fednot?

Hey guys i thought i'd better put some more stuff up on here so here it goes,, SURPRISE HAHA Looks to be good, i've started it but i haven't driven it yet. I'm getting a VL fuel pump for it later on today. Bursons has ordered me a master cylinder for my hydraulic clutch, so i'll pick it up tomorrow. I put the exhaust and tailshaft on today. Yesterday i finally got the gearbox & crossmember in. Also cable tied heaps of the wires in my engine bay. looks alot better. Anyway enough talk, i hope everybody likes it. Tell me what you think. G'day guys, I am after a KE55 windscreen, i just had a gawk through the "Parts around tassie" thread. I couldn't find and windscreens :P But i thought someone may have a spare 1 somewhere? So the day i bought it (The cream one) Not so long ago.. And what it looks like at the moment. (colour looked good in can but its a bit bright on such an old car i think :bash:) I tested the lights and bumpers out to see how they look against the custom metallic blue Just a few other things Tell me what you think of it?
