And I'm missing the lil bit that goes in the hole! Called the "Key" i think! Fitted a new bonnet tonight also! So got rid of the shitty looking black one! ;)

Dan is correct! When i bought my rolla it would go full gauge hot! But it was just because they had put the incorrect sensor in the head! :hmm:

Problem solved! Had a dig around in my parts box and found a brake booster threaded valve that goes into the manifold with a hose off the side of it for vac lines! So very happy with that! :P

Cheers Si, Just rocked past josh's place and got one off him tho! will the motor run ok without the vaccum advance on the dizzy or am i better off drilling & tapping a hole so i can put a vac advance in?

valve clearances set today, fitted flywheel and also clutch! tried to bolt up the gearbox, but didn't have a spigot shaft to try and line it all up! so i cracked the shits and left it haha! Gotta work out where to pick up a manifold vaccum for the dizzy too!

Ah cheers for that Mark! Do you have any other modifications to your 5k? or is it pretty much stock? Ill look into that tuning device to! But fingers crossed it will be semi driveable so i can run the motor in! Cheers Leigh Oh yeah putting linkage kits together is fun!!! Reminds me of lego haha

Cheers for that Si, But I'm using a standard k50 box for the time being! That popped up cheaper then a T50 at the time so i went for that! Haha ill Try my best dan! Anyone got an engine crane?

All starting to come together now! Big thanks to casey for the lend of the engine stand! Picked up my heavy duty clutch today! Had some issues finding one the correct size so had to get one made up in the end as its 200mm instead of the standard 180mm... Some pics!

Ahh I see! I just went to see him about and hour ago and never told me anything about that haha! All he said was make sure its semi driveable before it gets there so I don't waste his time! :) Just didn't know if my carbs which i think may be off a 2ltr would semi run on the 5k?

Rightio I have twin 40mm webers on the side of my 5k, just trying to find out what jet sizes I need etc! Motor has, balanced bottom end, mild cam, high comp pistons, double valve springs, ported head They seem to have 27mm chokes in them at the moment! Any ideas? Cheers Leigh
