Well this problem is still on goin now! Had the head back off and cleaned out heaps of shite from the water gallery! But still getting hot! Duno if the gauge on the dash is faulty even tho it has a new temp sender in the engine :dance: And ideas? Cheers Leigh

Miss was a faulty spark plug lead, seems to behaving its self now 2! ;)

Swapped the radiator with one that i know is in good cond and still does the same thing ;) now has a miss aswell ;)

Head's back and torqued up correctly, new water pump, thermostat and all new gaskets but still overheats ! Grrrrrrrrrrrr.............. :D

Checked the water pump and that was fine, Removed the head and the gasket was stuffed on number 4 cyclinder, So will get new gaskets and clean it up and hopefully it should all be good, doesn't look like it needs to be ground down or anything! :P Thanks guys Leigh

I have flushed the radiator, but ill look into flushing the block tonight and might get a new thermostat, Not having any battery issues either! Cheers Leigh

I purchased a ke55 with a 4k on the weekend and it has a strange cooling issue, when driving around town it runs fine but as soon as i start to speed up about 60 and upwards she starts to over heat! :P Any idea what it could be? Cheers Leigh
