Raven Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 (edited) I stumbled across this a couple of days ago while doing a google image search and its quite an interesting read. It also shows how a TE27/KE25 will look with the bolt on flares and jap front lip spoiler. :( Click Here To Read Enjoy! Raven Edited April 18, 2008 by Raven Quote

Jono Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 your car will look awesome with your flares and lip on it. its a shame ke20s look so poopoo with all that shit on, otherwise i'd do the same. Quote

I'm still umming and ahhing as to whether I go all out and get a TE27 Trueno replica bootlid duck tail spoiler (as seen on eBay) or not yet. I guess I can always put it on later if it looks a bit unusual with just the front lip spoiler on it. Edited April 18, 2008 by Raven Quote
Jono Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 i think they look better without the spoiler personally, and you can always have two bootlids, one with and one without. Quote
MRMOPARMAN Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 hell yeah, thats hot.. please tell me someone makes replica's of those rims! i just gave a quick glance for the moment at the article.. but the engine doesnt look like a 2tg from the pictures.. looks more 3sgish? Quote
Raven Posted April 18, 2008 Author Report Posted April 18, 2008 (edited) 3SGE with mikuni carbs and TRD Tosco rims which can be imported from Japan but are costly....oh, they're 13x8's too. Regarding the bootlid, thats a good idea :) I'm too much of a dumbass to think of that lol. :o And regarding colour......you'll see in due time! :( Edited April 18, 2008 by Raven Quote
styler Posted April 19, 2008 Report Posted April 19, 2008 haha yeah lol its like only once you have flares and a front spolier you can add the rear tail. I'm not sure on it either, I'm not a wing person but i don't mind the ducktail/bobtail/rubberlip type rear spoilers as long as they arent too big. the te27 one is a fair size though but its easier than making another one fit... Raven Posted April 19, 2008 Author Report Posted April 19, 2008 What you have to remember is the Trueno came out with a bobtail but the Levin didnt (I think thats right), so the ebay bobtail is a replica of the Trueno (or Levin) factory fitted version, which means it should suit the car. I think Jono's idea was a good one though and may take that path in the future :( Quote
