ke30Rolla myles Posted September 13, 2008 Author Report Posted September 13, 2008 y not put a 7k or a 5k then turbo that? becuase if i change the moter then ill have to go to regencsey if i get pulled over Quote
Redwarf Posted September 13, 2008 Report Posted September 13, 2008 Dude, you're going to get arse raped with a turbo anyway....... Quote
Budowski Posted September 13, 2008 Report Posted September 13, 2008 Yeh true if you drop a turbo in and get pulled over ull get done for the turbo, a 5k would be eaiser to hide and might not be such an issue with dept of road and transport if you change the engine number on the rego details. Give em a call. Quote
philbey Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 Everyone is right there man - if you get pulled over with a turbo, you'll still get done. drop a 5k in, it'll look stock enough that you wont need to worry about it. Plus you should be able to get it registered with a 5k anyway. Quote
ke30Rolla myles Posted September 14, 2008 Author Report Posted September 14, 2008 ok thanks ill start looking into a 5k then Quote
Taz_Rx Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 Just put the 3k-c stickered tappett cover on the 5k and the cops/transport will never look twice! :) As for turbo'ing a K motor, there is plenty of info about this site. Like Irokin said in your other locked thread its pretty obvious you did absolutely no searching first!!! Quote
