build is coming along nicely josh. just wondering what size tyres you're running on the rear and how that affects the speedo. i've got much smaller 185/55s on my ke20 and even they make is read a little slow.

I'm running 215/65s on 14x5.5" R31s on the back, but we haven't checked the difference between what the Speedo's reading and the Real-World Speed. That's something I'll find out when I go for a cruise with Mum's VZ Berlina. :)

Got some little things done today/tonight. All the little fidley bits are done (or being done).

 

- Got the Autotechnica Steering Wheel on.

- All the Door Weatherstrips are on.

- Centre Consoles are on.

- Sill Panel Plastic Plates are on.

- Clock blank has been fitted.

- Windows are Cleaned and Old Tint Removed.

 

Now just gotta finish some other little things, and we should almost be ready for the Club Rego inspection. :)

 

Also, finally tracked down a Floor Carpet. Should be on it's way soon. :yes:

Got some more of the interior done today. Fitted the Back Panel Cards and the Tailgate Hinge covers.

 

Also fitted a Tailgate Card, but that has temporarily been painted Black. That will be wrapped in the same Leather as the other cards when we spray the Inside of the Tailgate White. :)

Then we'll fit KE70 Seats, and find and fit Leather Seat Covers (after Club Rego inspection), and then finish some other little things.

Fitted the Door Cards today. Also fitted the Chrome Bonnet Strip and Guard Hockey Sticks, and fixed a few lights so now they all work. :)

 

Pretty much ready to go for the Club Rego Inspection. Just gotta fit my KE70 seats and a few more little things.

 

Also need to find 2 new Batteries: 1 for this, and 1 for the Cressida.

Had an awesome day at Hanging Rock today. Saw lots of good cars out there, especially some HK Holdens and Old Chevs. :)

 

We took off at 12.30, and got straight into cleaning the garage when we got home. After a few hours of cleaning and relocating, this is the end product. Mum has her garage back, and we still have it as well. :D

 

 

Next year we'll be taking Both This and the Cressida to Hanging Rock. :yes:

Not much to update on.

 

Club Rego is getting closer now, only a month away (hopefully), so gotta start saving up, and finishing little things on Ollie, ready for the inspection. :)

 

We went to my Poppa's house to find a tool that Dad needed, so we went into his shed, and we found a JAF Badge that had been there for a while now. So we got it home, and fitted it.

 

 

Also, we're still searching for a Black Floor Carpet for this. If you have one for sale, please let us know. :)

I might end up buying a brand new one. We'll still keep hunting around For Sale and Wrecking Ads for one, but if we don't find one 1 week prior to the inspection, then we'll get Brand New one. :)

Not yet. We will very soon. It's one of the next things to get. For now we've just given the carpet a good vacuum (with seats out). :yes:
