Pretty sure its neither. I know its not by name, not by state, not by postcode and not by tax return order. I think its more purely random

I was told it was by post code and i'm 7250 so that can't be the case as i've got mine. :)

Nar i'm not talking about the kids bonus, but the working slaves bonus of $950

It's done on randomly selected post code.
