13BT_KE20 Posted June 20, 2009 Report Posted June 20, 2009 (edited) hey guys, can someone do me a favour and photoshop this pic? Basically only want: lowered so the lip on the guard is level with the tread on the tyre (maybe do one thats a little lower as well :y: ) black inserts on the bumper painted the same colour as the lower half (silver) whitewalls, would like a thick single or twin walls (one of pic each?) Ive got a side on pic to make it nice and easy  Thanks in advance! Edited August 23, 2009 by 13BT_KE20 Quote

RA28GT Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Heres a couple quick chops, single and double walls. Very nice Merc by the way, something like this is about one of the only newish car i could drive as a daily. Troy Quote
Raven Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Hmm, not too fond of the whitewalls, but the colour-coding and lowering sets it off nicely :bash: Quote
RA28GT Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Heres what i would do personally, a little different but ive done it with my brothers NL fairlane and it looks great on luxury style cars. 2" flappers all round. Photoshop looks a little off, looks much better in real life. Troy Quote
13BT_KE20 Posted June 23, 2009 Author Report Posted June 23, 2009 Hmm, not too fond of the whitewalls, but the colour-coding and lowering sets it off nicely :) I can understand that alot of people wont like the whitewalls, its all about being different......... I hate it when people put whitewalls on large rims be it old or new cars there on, and its pretty common practice these days to put larger rims on a car. So in search of being different ive choosen to stay with a smaller rim (be it the $2500 AMG ones on the car :D ), running a tyres with a decent tyre profile and whitewalls, more than likely twin walls becuase you don't see them very often. Colouring coding and lowering will definitely set the car off nicely, so will the premium plates that will be replacing the standard alpha-num ones tyres are easier enough to change anyway :bash: Quote
smeetsy1 Posted June 25, 2009 Report Posted June 25, 2009 Ryan, I don't think you should go twins... it clashes and is probably not seen alot for a reason! I liked the single one (3/4") ?? Quote
benzo Posted June 25, 2009 Report Posted June 25, 2009 I like the twins actually, didn't think they'd look good on a modern car. Cheers, Ben. Quote
13BT_KE20 Posted July 4, 2009 Author Report Posted July 4, 2009 lowered and white walls :sob: Not real sure about colour coding the black part of the bumper now, i almost like it how it is. RA28GT could you maybe chop this pic so i can decide whether i want to do it or not, CHEERS! How it now sits Quote
RA28GT Posted July 5, 2009 Report Posted July 5, 2009 Here we go! I like the bumpers the way they are actually. The only other thing that i think would look really good is possibly clear indicators for the front (if their available?). Looks ABSOLUTELY PIMP by the way. Sell her to me! Quote
13BT_KE20 Posted July 5, 2009 Author Report Posted July 5, 2009 thanks, yeah clear indicators front/rear are on the cards. I think i might leave the bumpers now, breaks up the colour a bit. Next thing to get done is the stereo before anything else Quote
RA28GT Posted July 5, 2009 Report Posted July 5, 2009 Yay get some quality fronts for that car its deserves it. A wonderful car for a sound system. Quote
