Ha I wouldn't call it a talent I'd call it a curse lol

It's not that hard just takes time

The worst thing about doing something like this is some one having enough trust in you to cut up there car the owner/my apprentice nearly died when he seen his car all cut up.

You could see the back panel from the engine bay no firewall / floor / boot all gone :y:

Nice setup! :lolcry:

Did you make the EFI manifold?

Get yourself a external ignitor type electronic dizzy (if you haven't already) and you can easilly get it running with a single pulse trigger for the ECU (if fuel and ignition ECU) instead of running it coil negative trigger so you have ECU controlled advance/retard.

Oh and what size injector you got? Need at least 300cc.

Here's some cheap suitable ones if you need some and have paypal...

After looking at the pics again, I don't know if your brace to the s/c is the best idea. The thermostat housing is only held onto the head by 2x small 12mm bolts and it would really suck if you ripped it off the head more than 50m from home!!!! Maybe you could attache a brace from the back side of the s/c up to both rocker cover bolts!?

Oh and how are you tensioning the s/c belt? or are you converting the other pulley to rib and using the alternator?

hey

yeah the top brace looks a bit weird but its more than well and truly strong enough to take the load from the s/c plus there's still one more bit to be added in which bolts from the top of the timing cover and welded to the top brace (which still needs to be welded into place) which also holds the top of the tensioner in place and bottom of that is bolted to the lower s/c bracket and it still runs the V belt

inlet is left over parts from a old set up. injectors are 550 and everything is controlled by a wolf3D the motor is 5k balanced, billet pulley, forged pistons, gapless rings, O'Ringed, headwork, cam the motor is built for boost.

Should make about 110kw and over 400nm of torque at the wheels going by the old set up ..! had to make all brackets pulley again as all the old set up was sold off :lolcry:

550cc is really a bit too big for a 5k!!

Keen to see this thing running though. :lolcry:

Edit: Oh and what sort of wolf have you got a? a V4? If so I can give you fuel and ignition maps for a boosted 5k!!

If you want it easiest way would be to send me your little cartridge.
