All good, honestly its hard to keep motivation if you don't have a wing man.

Plus my engine is pretty tired so it probably wasn't really gonna be worth it.

May wait for a decent 4K or get a 5K and a cam and build it properly. I was just bored this morning.

On the plus side I noticed my accelerator pump arm was loose as a goose, so I stuck a washer behind the fulcrum nut and now the throttle response is a hell of a lot better.

Plus some decent Castrol oil and a new oil filter just went in. :lolcry:

Reed just put the webber onto your stock mani, it obviously has an adaptor plate there just swap them around :rolls: where are these wheels you were showing us glimpses of?

Ok I can't be bothered holding back these mods I've got going.

 

Here is one at least.

 

Only got them today, this is just a test fit.

 

I actually hmm'd and haaa'd whether I liked them or not, but pictured them with the wider wheels and my mind was made up in the "hell yes" kinda way.

 

They are very "weathered". Exactly what I wanted.

 

There will need to be some fabrication for the mounts as they are for a wagon. Probably have to make some spacers out of some hard rubber. And the strips over the roof will have to be shaped to fit.

 

I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Add: In terms of practicality I think newer racks might be better. For style something like this I think would be cool. Maybe due to how low the racks are, you could use wood on top if you went with that retro styling.

haha are they challengers?, if ya do go with the chrome roof rack, if ya did the edges like the the challengers on the AJPS website it would tie it all together
