mikeys toy[RL] Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 ..... ya no shit.....you're too old to be doing noob shit
Ke50 Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 haha, my favorite is how there is no shadow on the top of the wheels which should be coming from the guards.
NoPsi Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 Yeah...you'd better hand me the car and the keys son.
Clown Posted October 10, 2005 Report Posted October 10, 2005 when photoshopping in rims, make sure you clean up the black around the tyres aswell (see top of front rim and back of front rim). Good effort but I'm anal when it comes to detail, i swear its a crurse!
Dan Posted October 10, 2005 Report Posted October 10, 2005 Got to admit though, that does look awesome. Just look at the tuck on the back wheel! I thought I could see the shadow.... And since the monitor on this computer is buggered, it comes up dark green, looks good like that too....
Felix Posted October 10, 2005 Report Posted October 10, 2005 the car is just NA from what i gathered from his previous posts. lucky it isn't turboed. at least it can be fixed.
belly_up Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 well just to add to the thread, few months ago picked up a KE30 with a fair bit of rust for $125, with the intention of making it a daily driver. Previous owner had made a half assed attempt to spray it, which needed to be fixed to stop it looking so dodgy. A mate donated some black acrylic and clear, so black it was. As it stands today, it's almost ready for roadworthy, will hopefully be out terrorising the roads within a week. Before: mmm rusty goodness During... And as it stands now... fair bit of trim yet to be added in that last shot, and i have a set of 13*6 jellybeans downstairs waiting to go on...
Redwarf Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 (edited) Redwarf circa 1992.... Was purchased for $200 and this was taken just after the respray, RWC and registered. :lmao: Edited October 12, 2005 by Redwarf
Redwarf Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 Morwell Hillclimb (sadly no longer there) with a couple of other twenty's. The white one belongs to the legendary Batch, and is the car I started my motorsport career in.
Redwarf Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 Just found this one, and I think it's the first ever speed event I did in the car. Borrowed tyres, borrowed helmet!
Redwarf Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 Late 90's, after respray number 2. The car was getting quite serious by now....
