It's your car so do what you want with it. Just be sure you have planned it out well because it sounds like it has the potential to cost a bit of $$$$

Definitely do not cut up the 38. That thing is beautiful.

I say go ahead with the panno to ute convo. Seems cool. And by turning an already rarer car into a ute, its making it pretty much unique and worth a lot more to yourself :)

At the end of the day, you decide what you want to do with your car. No one else can stop you :P

I wrecked my hilux the other weekend so will happily donate the back roof bit and window to this project if you want.
