Jono.C Posted May 28, 2012 Author Report Posted May 28, 2012 Struts and Sleeve Kit were dropped off to be welded today, Should have them back by end of the week. Only thing remaining i need is a balljoint which i'll order tomorrow. Spent a while with a scraper, wire brush and petrol cleaning parts. About 3 hours. The amount of gunk and grease.. Especially on the steering arms.. All taken back to bare metal and coated. A few photo's. AE86 P/s Arms AE86 P/s Arms on Ke20 Balljoint with Machined Adaptor Also, My T3 top hats. Running these instead of HSD ones. Quote

I have to put it on the lathe and mill 3mm off the bottom of each. Initially it wouldn't fill at all until i gutted the bottom foam/ rubber out. But, Here's how they look! 4" lower as is, can go up or down 1 1/2"~ each way. You're not JDM until your cable ties are Fluro. Edited June 1, 2012 by Jono.C Quote
