Hannah Posted May 19, 2012 Report Share Posted May 19, 2012 Hello, I'm a big Toyota fan and have owned two old lovely yellow girls; a 1981 Corolla (Celeste) and a 1976 Cressida (Molly). Not sure if this is right place to post this, as it's kind of a memorial to my beautiful, canary yellow, 1981 KE 55, Celeste. My pride and joy was stolen from outside my house (in Perth) last September, and the police never found anything or heard anything again :( She is an all original, 1981 yellow Corolla, tan interior, number plate 1CJY957, automatic transmission sedan. I suppose her identifying feature would be a her little rust spot, a fifty-cent coin sized bit of rust (pretty much rusted through) on the left corner of the boot. I still have a Corolla shaped hole in my heart, and want to post this just in case anyone on here happens to have seen my old girl Celeste around in somewhat dodgy circumstances (I've been checking everywhere online for mention of her but nothing's ever come up.... She's a pretty hard car to hide) I'm also looking for a similar car to replace her, so thought this might be the place to advertise that too.
