should be a "E" clip or a Hose clamp where the clutch cable come out of the firewall.. from what i know you pull that and tighten the clamp intill the cable is firm...

Mowed the lawn today, poor old mower is nearly had it... some "Mustang" mower lol.. she struggles to even cut short grass, she turns into a grunty lumpy Rotor lol, " brrump brummp brrumpp " HHAA -
And i offered him help on that..... Ive soaked the whole caliper in fuel over night, and also brake fluid before.. both have worked to undo it.. also WD40 works. Hope you get it sorted, they are a bugger of a thing to have snap on you... :fuzz:

dunno if you read right Winkle, but he actually broke the bleeder valve on the caliper.. Mate, with your other caliper, try WD40 or something like that around the valve, and give it a crack and see what happens. if not ive used a flathead screw driver and a hammer to "chisel" it out... and yes you do use that valve to bleed brakes, Good luck mate

I don't understand what you mean by "don't put RA40 gear in a KE"... I have RA40 struts in my KE30, top and bottom springs mounts are the KE30 items, KE30 lowered springs, RA40 brakes and pads, and RA40 LCA.. there is a little increase in camber, but not as much as a Sigma arm for example... -
Looks great, nice pick up. Engine wise I'm sure its just a matter of changing the Engine number from the 3k to the 4k block number. Also, how many steering wheels do you plan on having?? lol, think ya may have put that by mistake, but i LOL'd And welcome to RC!!

is this same as ULP? Cause where i live its $1.53 a Litre compared to $1.58 for unleaded, and $1.64 for premium. Mum ran ULP which I'm sure is ethanol based, and after 2 full tanks in her falcon it shit the fuel pump, car got less kays to tank, and ran hot and sluggish... before the 2 tanks though she ran unleaded and it ran great, (for a Falcon lol)

the rubber ive got is really good, so i don't see why i would need a new one, but thanks Andy. Yeah i will ring around, but I'm 45mins out of a majour town. so even if i get one for say $220 fitted in town, ill have to factor in Fuel and Trailer hire as the rolla is unregisted.

the pump I'm getting is 5PSI I'm pretty sure!!!. surely 1PSI more can't hurt?

id think it would run fine with a 7psi pump... surely the carby only pulls the amount it needs at any given time? I'm putting a Electric pump in mine in next few days, i think its around 5-7psi. can't see why it would be a problem, i say go for it..

got quoted $280 for a new windscreen that includes labour and they reuse my seal..

i got mine while towing it home... prolly was Truck. ohwell Whats the best way to smash a screen without getting it everywhere? and when i get a new one put in, what do ya do about chrome bits around the rubber? last time i pulled one of them out it curled itself up..

Ok, cause i have a stone chip right in front of the drivers view... and ive been told a chip can't be within the area the windcreen wipers cover to pass for a Road worthy ... though I'm going to ring about that tommorow..

Just wondering if all the windscreens in the KE30 and 55 series are same? I got a KE30 2 door, just wondering if maybe a KE35 one, or maybe a 55 4 door windscreen would fit Cheers :no2:
