do i need to sand between primer and gloss? or just straight on??... the cars straight as so goin gloss black. think it will be overrated coz i rustled up heaps of overrated chrome parts. so the black an chrome will look the part with the 13inch minilites (black centers, polished lip) i have. cheers to all big help will put up pics of the final finished product. :D

cool man. After he finished painting it did it need much of a buff to come out nice and glossy?? i priced up 2pac and it was about 700-800 bux with primer and hardener and thinners an the rest.... expensive shite....

Hey, I'm guna paint the 30 myself in a mates shed. done a few matt jobs before but never a gloss. Just want to know what kind of paint to use (acrilic, 2 pac etc) and any handy tips,prep work and things like that before i get stuck in. Any help would be appreciated. cheers Zane

my opinion 17s looks the goods. and you can still go low (NZ lowness) ,with them and not scrub. just gotta get offsets right. ride wont be that smooth but apperance is staunch. get a good tyre combination with 17s and nothing will noticeablly change ( speedo wise and acceleration etc) because the overall circumference wont change with a super low profile tyre. its physics.. 13" is all good to tho. id love to own sum hotwires on my rolla but 17s are my pick. check this out.. http://www.rotahavik.co.nz/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=25774

chuck a electroinc dizy thats ben locked ansum new race coils on it and get it a good tune dude. if u want some decent power even get the motor ported.

oh yo ill give it a go. yea all the starters are the same in the k series. prick of a spot. would get a bit warm an f$#k out easily i guess. i got a 5k 5sp in a ke30 sedan. yea its a manual. prick of a spot to have them.

ok. i hook up the battery turn the key and get nothing. turn ignition on, chuck a screw driver across the terminals on the back of the starter and it sparks and still nothing.not movement jus the sound of me welding tools to the car.car hasnt been run in like 6 months but was fine last time started. 1. is the starter f@$ked?? 2. is the solinoid f@$ked?? 3. should i jus buy a new whole setup? 4. if so anyone got 1 they can send to perth????? any help appreciated cheers zane
