a tin of radiator stop leak! (in case you hit a kangaroo) .... years ago, I drove my KE55 from Adelaide to Sydney, I did 80klms all the way there (I was on my P's) and back then we were only allowed to do 80!

had some fun with a ke55 white, deep dish rims, running something other than usual goodies!! going up eagle on the hill twisties tonight (I was in the REAPER!!) It occured to me after that you may have been freaked out cause some weirdo in a 2 was right behind you.... :(

I swear to god I was a complete tard today, nothing has gone right, and to top it all off I made, what I'm quite sure, was a COMPLETE dick of myself.... read on... I've been waiting for some parts to come in, and after the wrong parts being supplied, the new ones finally arrived today (oh, it's the bonnet rubber, you know the bit that supports each side of the bonnet?)...well, I tried to put it on, and I couldn't manage to get the bit into the slidey bit (how's THAT for technical!) anyway, I tried and tried and tried, and STILL it wouldn't work...so I went to my crash repairers, (because they were supposed to supply and fit it but forgot to) any way, I went in and explained it, because by this time I thought it was because I wasn't strong enough to do it and I asked the guys if they could... IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN 5 SECONDS!!! WTF?! I recon I had a brain fart or something, cause I seriously couldn't do it! Then he's like "there you go" and .... well... I was speechless! I was so embarrased, :)

ok, I've just been told we have a birthday party to go to at 1.30pm (and that's not even the one I thought I had to go to!!!), so I have to head off from the cruise from Mt Lofty so I get there in time......

uhh, I don't have it, I remember giving it to someone, possibly Raven but he doesn't think he has it.... just as an aside, not directed at anyone, I'm just feeling blech about the show, I don't have any enthusiasm, I haven't even prepared the car yet, usually by this close to a show I'm ready to do my third clean, and this time, meh.... haven't even taken the rims off to clean them...... vixies not going to be up to par this time.... :P

there's a broken down laser on the on ramp to Adelaide from stirling (does that make sense?) when we drove to town (around 9pm) it was fine, when we drove down later the windscreen was smashed, perhaps the same group????

I don't know about deleteing after 10 days, I have stuff that I've saved, and I wouldn't like to get that deleted...but everything else I agree on!

clipsal was AWESOME!!!!! corp box was fantastic!!! although I slummed it with hubby in the grandstands :y: had an absolute BLAST! the last race was my favourite! Jim Richards in a valiant (or maybe ford galaxie) fanging around the track, got white flagged, taken off for a lap and then fought back for 8th spot! I was quite vocal, and had so much fun.... oh, there was a clipsal chick in the corporate box, she was a bit of a dog, but her boobs were hanging out (had to add that for the boys) oh, and she had her bellybutton pierced, and she was a bit of a boag, BUT the waitress (who supplied the FREE food, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)) was a hottie! And it was AIR CONDITIONED!!! Oh, and I got a cool free park within easy walking distance from the entry gate!!! Oh! and NO sunburn!!!

I got a call to say I'd won a ticket for a coprporate box (with food, soft drinks and alcohol provided) for Clipsal, but only for Friday (like now!) I had to finish the job I was working on and now I'm about to go!!! YAY! But the weird think is, they couldn't tell me how I'd won, apparently it was some sort of a promotion that I'd qualified for....WTF? Anyhoo, the tickets hubby got me are spare, so one of our friends went with him, and now they're calling me a bitch cause I get the air conditioned corporate box! YAY! :y:
