Abit off topic but has anyone noticed that they look alot like the front end of the early Cressidas?? Basicly the front end is the same. Has the bulge around the headlights and the bonnet ends way before the start of the front end. I found it on a Cressida car forum. I thought it was odd that there was a whole car forum dedicated to Cressidas then i realised, i'm a member of Rollaclub.

Its only fair, i've seen his car first hand and its a very depressing site. If i ever caught up with the little runt that did it, i'd most likely break their legs.

If i were you, i'd try to restore it to the best of my ability becuase since it is so rare, one day it may be worth something. J

I'd lean more towards the 120Y hatch. I just found this funny cause they both, being only a year appart, look so similar with the same colour dash, same steering wheel and an 8 ball gear stick knob.

Well i've already picked up the headlights and grille that will be going onto Sheila. Sadly i can't figure the lights out so they can't go on yet. Thanks for the offer tho. I can sell the lights and grille if they would be interested. The grille has a couple of minor cracks tho. Jon.

"ANYWHERE" "KNOW" Hope that helps. Try going to the wreckers. Measure a KE70 one, then measure your KE55 one. If you get the same measurements for both than the swap should be able to be done. I don't know if many members have a KE30/55 & a KE70 sitting at home to measure. Do some leg work, show some initiative. Jon.

Hey guys, sorry to dig up this thread, but i was searching and this one is the only thread that remotely relates to my issue. Back on toping to converting front ends, has anyone done, or know whats involved in converting a round headlight KE55 to a square headlight 55?? I've located the headlights, brackets and a grille and can't seem to figure out how they fit. Your help yould be greatly appreaciated. thanks, Jon.
