ok so i have low fuel pressure in my injector rail on my 3tgte low enough it wont start........................................................... things i found that don't seem right 1. fuel pump is constantly screaming away IT SOUNDS LIKE IT ISNT BUILDING PRESSURE like it should 2.when i crimp the return line after the regulator it will idle and build up pressure in the rail. 3. had the engine out of the engine bay for about a month just had all fuel drained from the fuel rail 4. tried 4 differnt regulaters that havent been near fuel for over 12months my theories 1. its the regulater even after trying 4 all have been left out of fuel and dried and craked in the diafram thingo there fore thats why none have worked and manualy regulating the fuel by crimping the return hose after the reg and the car will run. I'm sure its this one many people agree and overs say no 2. crazy thought boost leak ???? it is boost reference and vacum

ok looks like it was the fuel reg. after crimping the return it would run and idle with the fuel pump going so i went out to my suplier tonight at 8.30 accross town so ill have it in tomoro and see if it works :D

yeah been busting my arse from 5.30 till 9.30 every night after work (7-5) for about 4 weeks looks like i have the high oil pressure thing on cold start wich kind of make sense it has been sitting in an acuation yard for a while then longer and started up now and the oil is pretty shitty THERE IS no blow by will change oil and filter see if i can get her warm and free up any shit in the gallerys then do another oil and filter change make her nice and clean on the inside have got new washers ect will get back to you guys with some picitures OH AND HAVE THE MOST HEKTIC LOUVER EVER :happy:

um not at this stage i wont be changing the intake manifold as i am trying to keep it as simple and quik to get it roadwearthy ect as for front mount it should be happening not keen on cuting any holes in panels for cooler piping though :hmm: oh yeah found out the seals are phukt in my t25 today.................................................................... i think its T28 time :wink:
