WMMH: getting wicked as bargains such as aftermarket turbo mani and t25 turbo for 100bucks :happy:

um yeah preferabley before the jap car day but there is a need to get hold of a timing cover gasket sump gasket cam cover gasket and a few more little things i will need to sort out. been haveing very long thoughts on getting it regoed with this motor better in the long run cuz the day will come when i will have a run in with the blue :fuzz: any way UPDATE TIME: got a nissan sr20 mani and t25 bush bearing peice of poo but its better then the f@$ked stock ct20 i have the motor is out a lot of gaskets are leaking wich i will need to change also a tad short on cash after the purchase off another car. >|

cool thanks for the advice but I'm going with the sr20 manifold adapter plate so i have access to all the after market poop for all those dirty nissans :wink:

so i got the 3tgte out of the engine bay from garnets old t18 today peice off piss wana know how ecu and loom no tie down anywere in the bay ecu and knock control sensor were being jammed bhind the battery so they wouldnt move oil cooler was just hanging at its own will bettwen radiotor and front grill fuel filter wasnt secured at all on bolt to hold booth coils to the body Oh and no need to undo the exhoust from the dump pipe becuse there is already NO BOLTS ON ANY OF THE STUDS :blinks:

got a price on a new seal and bearings rebuild for lee ct 20 770 for seals and bearings 1100 for trade in for a recon one :blinks: doesnt sound excactly right to me thoughts. cheers matt.

UPDATE: a little progress tonight bettwen helping my mate with his cruiser brakes i only have the engine mounts and tailshaft and clutch to undo to remove the motor will be at at again tomoro night :) oh and if you look close enough to the turbo to intake pipe on the turbo its nice and black seals are well gorn also took here out for her last run (allie ) as turbo monster before she is returned to stock :blush: such a nice car shame on it condition and paint job not a spot of rust on her http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2TYx-VhioU

i work with 2 of these fellows they don't bag my rolla out becuse................. there to busy talking about there weapons one of them looked at me funny and said i was crazy for shifting after 5 grand on my t series lol :rolls: but nothing is better then a ls1 matt you could put one in your t-18 i should then i could be cool and hang out with them after work in there very exclusive ls1 backstreet skid club .........................................................................

haha yeah decent find I'm pretty happy top mount intercooler/heater will go it will trust me i hate bonnet scoops just waiting untill the hoist is free at my mates house haha yeah ill see if i can have passenger on the drift days
