Man. Drive this thing to QR Matsuri on Saturday for me. I want to hear a boosted 20v for myself.
-
Yeah I think 2" is probably the way to go. And I'll most likely be repping side pipes by Tuesday/Wednesday..
-
Driving my ʞ©$ɟing car. And not having to push it around everywhere. And the fact that it's basically ready for Matsuri. Just gotta wire up a thermo fan, get a wheel alignment and get an exhaust sorted. In 4 days lol. Man I really let that conversion take some time. Actual time spent on the car wasn't that much, was more the fact that when we would work on it, we'd spend hours talking shit and messing around having fun. But ʞ©$ɟ am I stoked. And keen for the weekend!!
-
Yep. Everyone says that lol. I don't reckon it'll be too bad but if it is, I'll sort something out. Some ducting maybe?
-
Mine. I hope. It'd want to be. Gotta sort out my timing issues. The T series won't make much difference. I've heard silvertops with a good tune can leave the blacktops behind. I only really went with the blacktop for the MAP sensor, trying to avoid an aftermarket ECU. It's looking like I'll end up having one sooner or later though...

I'm just asking questions man. I know nothing about this shit. I understand that when it comes to certain occupations, a drug test can be a good thing ie. childcare etc but generally wouldn't all drug testing in the workforce be kinda counter productive? It's not exactly achieving anything...I know ALOT of people that go to work ʞ©$ɟed up on a bunch of different things. Alcohol is a big one, herb is another big one but there are others that use some harder stuff. They might lose their jobs due to unsafe conduct or whatever but then they'll end up on welfare or selling drugs anyway. Saying that, I can understand why people want to see welfare drug testing happen. It seems kind of unfair when people in the workforce have to go through it.

I'm really keen. Just a matter of having the cash in time. With Matsuri next week, I don't think it'll happen...Getting a wheel alignment and exhaust made in the coming week. So there's more coin flowing :$ -
Man. I remember "Goosebumps". Crazy. On the car though, seriously should have checked those stickers at the door. I love beigys. There's something about shitty brown 80's interior coupled with the beige paint that I just get down on. I want another K powered car to thrash around...
-
I am not. I don't have the money to be one. If I did, I'm sure I would be. But not now.
-
Apparently 2 1/4" is the way to go. I'm almost thinking of going 2" though. Still thinking about side pipes...

Shady, I don't quite agree with welfare drug testing but if you're using money as an argument against it then wouldn't what you were saying about currency being cyclical kind of negate that? It was written in the article you linked that the size of the test windows in both states were very small and didn't take many variables into account. Maybe if the tests were also carried out in areas where drug use is more prevalent the test failure rate may have been higher? And even so, the money can't really be "lost". Where do the dollars spent on this drug testing go and how are they fed back into the economy?

Look like SSR MK1's.

Digging the Watanabes man!! I want some for mine now!! Wait a minute, what are you doing with the meshies? lol

You and your "drifters" Trev... A little bit of a stretch doesn't bother me but when I see people putting 185's on 10" wheels, it makes me feel a little queasy. Saw an S13 with 9.5" wheels with some ridiculous stretch on it the other day, untouched guards, it looked horrid. I wanted to go 8.5"s on my car for a little while but now it just seems kinda retarded. I think 7.5" is the biggest I would go but my Chevoits are 14x7 -5 and with 185/60's up front and 195/60's at the rear and they seem just about perfect.
-
Not necessarily. 15x6 or something would be fine.
-
185/55 or 185/50 on a 7" is perfect I reckon.

I'll get back to you early next week. -

T'is. When they get their revenge on the printer or fax machine or whatever it was is hilarious.

Beer is good. Cider is also good. I like strongbow but I really used to love Magners cider. Was awesome. I could have drank a whole box of them. Delicious. I found cider didn't bloat me up as much as beer.

I don't have the money Pecky. Getting tailshaft etc sorted next week and I'll be short on cash... -
I know what you mean. Same deal for me man. "You know Ocean Shores? No? Oh, well I'm from Byron then" I would like to actually live in Byron once before I leave this area though. Just for 6 months or something.
-
I was like 16 at the time. That's not to say I didn't drink passion pop until I was 20 or so... It was the goods man. Used to get cases of it for like $30. Good times.
-
I haven't heard their new stuff, no. I was into the first album big time. Met a few of them a couple of times. Sank some passion pop with caleb down near the YAC once. Seemed like a pretty cool dude. I love metal but I understand why people don't like it. It was a bit much for my ears when I first listened to it. Just grew on me I guess. Maybe I was pissed off all the time and related to it. I dunno. So where were you in Byron? Down near Suffolk and the Hills? Or in town?
