  12. Well that clearly puts me in the clear Let's do this, before I have no car left
  13. Cheers for those pics and vid Jordain, In combination to running the widest tyres possible without cutting the rails, seems the outer guard could be the only option thus far, I have yet to see coilovers in the rear of a leaf sprung, and looks interesting, Ill have to go back to the drawing board, as alot of these setups work on the their own merits
  14. Ok skid pian it is then, gots to prove to Matt I can spin at least one wheel, haha Date claimer?
  15. I'm doing Migration Law, then post grad in Engineering, making me scared, haha
  16. haha as much as i know how that feels, see it all the time around my way Looks like alot of fun
  17. That would probably best sum up what I'm looking at, However, as OKE030 coil overs are at the back of the housing, assuming a rail has been welded underneath to tie them into, and he is running the numbers to show that it is effective, and is street legal rear end As the Corolla has the shocks position in the front, have the coilovers from the front, Ladder bar setup will locate the diff, but with leafs wont need that extra bit, I have made enquiries to mcdonald bros racing and been to some fab shops to have a better look in person
  18. Cheers andy and matt, I'm aware all shops are very busy, and have been researching and studying as much info To get all power to the ground, and if setup get some wheels off the ground, importantly street legal
  19. Ok Rob that might be an option, relocate the main leafs towards the diff centre, and use custom coilovers to sit and position in the OEM top brackets, and caltracs on this, seems mini tubbed is lookin more fruitful and get signed off
  20. Sad news, The name itself is quite valuable
  21. Hey Andy, Yes I have spoken to 1 engineer and 1 fabricator, and awaiting to hear back from 2 others The car that I'm intending on putting this into advise that they will not sign off on and will requie the necessary fabrication of course which is deemed too extensive, I'm happy to pay for the mods etc and know about the NCOP, Given that the car is is pre ADR26 (i think??) its a bit conflicting, and getting it on the street might be a problem, so was looking at the 2 link option, and wondering how people went with this, as opposed to caltracs, i know this works on the same principle and stopping the diff twisting, the pinion in the rolla has hit the floor a couple of times under full power, haha But with coilovers how does it go off the line
  22. A lotus cortina, nice collectors item, I got something in store also
  23. Did not have plates on it back then Not sure how it goes either, seems I have a reputation out there haha
