  1. But spread $4,500 over the time you've owned the car, and it's probably not too bad for a car that looks nothing like the original photo. I know CommoHoe owners who drop that in a month and the car looks like stock except for the 20" rims and Toyo Racing Tyres... Much more value for money and time well spent if you ask me ;) EDIT: The central locking should help with insurance and put you in favour with cops because your securing your car from other drivers? :P
  2. Club sandwich with ham, two types, cheese, cheddar and Colby, lettuce, beetroot, mayo, gherkins and anything else in the fridge. Two Museli Bars, two fruit boxes, two cans of soft drink, a lamington, some chewing gum. Also 3L of water, a banana and maybe a Red Bull... Wow I eat a lot for lunch...
  3. Stretch has a bit more to do with the width of the rim AND tyre/profile ratio, not either one. You'd be looking at stretch on a 165 by about 6J or 7J wide, depending on tyre profile and bead lip. If you're buying tyres tomorrow, and want stretch, I doubt you'll find any production ones that will actually give you that look. Give it some time and some wider/larger rims and you shall have infinite stretch :)
  4. Chev badges on Holdens!!!!!!!!! :n: :n: :n: :n: :n: I now wanna go around to all bogan style VL's I know of and slap a multi coloured NISMO sticker on them, coz thats fully where their engines came from... :glare:
  5. WHAT!!??!!? Nissan never made a mistake ever! :rolls: CA20's are beast motors... for pontoons weights
  6. The parrot makes a good good point. Even if he is a talking bird
  7. ooooooooo sexy  moar pics when done or ban. plus what rims are you looking at for getting fatter? i.e. 8/9J @0-10+ offset? *drools
  8. Then id propose putting it hypothetically to a Copper in your area and seeing if they'd even care. Most cops my way wouldnt even look inside unless you had a glowing 300mm dildo shifter, or hair product moving bass emitting from your windows. A few phone calls to your local cops shop and registration/compliance places should give you an idea of what is legal, and what your likely to just get away with anyway. If it's not bald tyres, ride height, blood alcohol levels, hooning or nightshaded lights, your most likely going to be fine in the long run :) :fuzz: :fuzz: :fuzz: :fuzz: :fuzz: :fuzz: :fuzz:
  9. Pics of the Enkei's or are they a few pages back? Roughly what prices are Dremel's with most/if not all their bits and pads? Will use EBay in a sec, just wondering what it set you back?
  10. Not sure about QLD, but in SA I'm fairly sure you need a mod plate for swapping out your dash, and then the speedo gets reset to your previous km total. That is if you tell them and don't just switch stickers/plates, or if you really think it's going to matter in the rego process/cops seeing it and caring. What's your main goal for messing with the odometer anyway?
  11. Looks not bad on the prep side of things, keen to see photos of the car in white once your done. Any particular shade of white you going with? Or just some bucket of paint you found lying around? :D
  12. Whats the model of the car? Never seen anything like that before except some older Celica/Supra Thingys :)
  13. Love the flaring and GPS :) Moar photos of the 35% an new guards pleash!!
  14. So they took an overdrawing fee... see first post for amount costed
  15. It's the Rolla version of StickerBombing your car :P Door tags look sweet bro, and I keep forgetting the name of that lil Toyota one you made just above ^^ :glare:
  16. Went through the entire thread this morning and from start to finish, this is a quality example of what you can do at home on a budget and not look all boso/ratty, well done buddy. Enjoy driving it man :)
  17. Or Police Livery and make it the chase car for the silly people at the Nats? :P Agreed with owner Dan that filters/blower(s) protruding through the bonnet are required!!
  18. I love these forums man, so much moar Ghetto than the 31 forums :P Nice car you have coming along here man, just wondering if the height its at in pics above are what your aiming for? Still reckon you can go lower ;) You could also be coo like Reed and a few other Rollers and rattle can your car to coolness?
  19. Awesome as find man, and like it's been said, if you can keep it pretty stock minus the rims and laowness, and it'd be a dream to have to take to work each day :) Good luck with any plans you've got, and enjoy the drive ;)
  20. Heres and EF/EL Civic I did a lil while back. http://img714.imageshack.us/i/hondacivicsedan9498049.jpg/
  21. don't wanna steal reed's thunder, but if anyone want's more advanced things done (flared guards, bolt on guards, rims, front end conversion or whatever you want really), I have worked with Photoshop for over a year, and specialized in PhotoChopping. Will find me a pic of some recent work. Cheers
