in regards to a motor vehicle? if it is registered under your name and paid with by your money i.e. you have a tax invoice or certificate of attainment when you bought the car it is completely yours i remember one of my friends whose studying law telling me that if an item is on a property for more than a certain period of time it is property of the land owners (this is a legal issue) normally come accross on the acquisition of previous spouses/partners belongings, don't know anything about rights or w/e you can get rental assistance/youth allowance if you or your parents don't make that much money tho

by careless they automatically assumed i was a bad driver cause i was underage, apparently having to have had your green p's in order to drive it i originally drove it during the day when one of my mates the store manager was around cause he knew how decently i drove, it's people like this other twat that works there who wheelspun in front of our franchisee, regional manager and store manager, that make it so hard :(
