I've put up some photos I took from East Coast Targa: Photos from ECT

Hmm... Are you losing a lot of water? Any idea where the water is actually coming from? Sounds like a leak that only comes up under pressure and heat (like my Camry). Issues for Hal: 1: No dash. Have to put dash back in, and figure out the wiring again. Somehow I don't think I labeled the wires when I put it all together (since I was doing them one by one) and now it's all unplugged again... 2: Axles stuck. Can't seem to get them out, not sure why. 3: Diff is making a lot of noise and a lot of metal. Have to replace, not sure if I'm going to get a diff shop to swap another set of gears onto my locked center and set it all up again or if I'm just going to put an open center in. 4: Axles sometimes have a bit of float in them, causing rear brake discs to rub against calipers and do lots of bad things. Should probably replace rear discs as they're pretty f**ked, but I'll see how much money I have. They are only rear ones after all... Not sure how to fix the float, might need to get custom spacers made up.

I won't be competing, not sure if I'll be watching. Hal is still broken, and at the current rate I don't even know if it'll be ready for the khanacross next weekend :jason: Going to go and look for another diff on the weekend, am hoping to get at least that sorted and the dash back into the car by late next week, looks like I'm ditching the locker and going back to an open... Hopefully Brian will have time to redo the suspension too, as the car now has only about 10mm of bump on the back, which is a little too little especially for a khanacross...

You mean 21st November... Should be okay. Have autocross that day I think (assuming I have my car working again by then...), but will be over before then.

I'm not really into the black and white thing as well, or at least not that photo of the dwarf. I'd easily vote for the one that Zande took at the Qld Challenge motorkhana as far as the dwarf is concerned.

Good suspension manufacturers? Hmm... No idea really. But ask Rob about that story about Proflex suspension...

But yes, one is planned for beginning of next year. And yes, we were pretty much 1st in class from Day 1. We finished 1st in class, 14th outright.

Back from ECT, what a ball! Very tired, so won't write much now. But, in summary: - Proflex is the GOD of all suspension - Sherrin Hire Mini absolutely kicks ass - Proflex rocks - We won class - Proflex is awesome - We came in 14th outright - I Love Proflex - Targa style events are bucket loads of fun, even in the silly seat - All I want for Christmas is Proflex - from what I've heard, ECT has a LOOOONG way to go to get to TT level (I personally thought there were a few things they really could have done better) - There can't possibly be anything better than Proflex - 3 inch harnesses are a world of difference to 2 inch harnesses - Even when all 4 wheels are off the ground, have no fear if you have Proflex - Getting big air is fun - With Proflex, life is sweet - Evo's are amazingly quick - Evo's with Proflex are really very quick... - We even beat a Ferrari 360 Modena - I'd bet it didn't have Proflex - Ferrari's sound like fart boxes, they sound even worse than Hondas - If the Ferrari had Proflex it probably would have been much faster... - Porky's sound good - Porky's with Proflex also go real fast - Did I mention, I Love Proflex?
