Nice car. 20valves are insane little engines. You should look into turbo charging it. My mate had one in a mini tubbed stalet with 17x10's in the rear. Was insanely fast!

That's a pretty big blower for a 1500 cc engine. Are you gonna do port work to the head? What efi setup will you use?

Get a 4k or 5k. Set of extractors cheap as just sold mine for $50 Use the standard intake and either get a engineer to make a adapter plate for a 32/36 weber cost me $50 then buy a 32/36 weber. Maybe even a cam grind. That's probably te easiest and cheapest way to get more go for bugger all. Su's can be quite expensive to set up. And a 32/36 will go just as good if not better.

Buy coby extractors. I can get them for 150 nzd. Use standard inlet mani and 32/36 adapter 50 nzd and 32/36 weber. That would be the cheap way. If you wana go expensive go side drafts. SU's can work to. Depends how much you wana spend.

That manifold is designed for a side draft. A 32/36 is down draft.

YESSS!! Much easier and cheaper than putting a dirty rotary in.

Why isn't it worth it? Rb's are cheap. Have great power. And you can upgrade them cheaply? If your after alot of power id got with a bigger engine over 4age anyday.

RB20DET KE70 For anyone that thinks putting a rb in a 70 is a bad idea. This is my mates 70 at Masterton burnouts. This car cost him 3 grand to build and goes like f@$king shit. Best conversion ive seen in a 70. And for whoever said you need to recess the fire wall a foot. It was more like 4 inches.

What a sweet thread! :dance: This is my project ke70. Had a 5k turbo in it. Now currently undergoing a genuine AE86 4age conversion. Will have a big t3/t4 on the side, some big injectors and a link g4 extreme to control it all. T50 gearbox. May have to upgrade to a w55 will see how it goes. Interior will have recaro bucket seats. And completely stripped. And will be completely rewired. Shoes are rx7 rotors and callipers. Wheels 15x8 not pictured need to have gaurds flared. Suspension BC Gold ae86 adjustys for the front Stiffer shocks added and reset leaves.

Yeah gave ppre ( Pulse Performance Race Engineering) They build some insane rotors. Including a 26b turbo jet boat :blinks: A ring and they said $750! Anyone want to buy it? The rotor housing is usable. It comes with 4 barrel carb. Headers. All the other crap. O rings apex seals. And a s1 rx7 5 speed.
