hitting the tie rod end just makes it impossible to remove it dude as per evans instructions hit the steering arm itself on the end, if the rod doesnt drop out soak it in penetrene or WD spray or something, go have a beer then give it another bash

OK Big update time. Spent a lot of time on it and running around picking bits and pieces up for it, and we finally got it to run- kinda. Its obviuosly in need of a tune, can anyone recommened a tuner that will do a haltech e8 and has experience with getting quad throttles to play nicely lol. now for those who like to see shit heres some pics of the lights all running and some of the engine bay setup. heres my new light setup, two are h4s and two are HIDs in 6000k, i also have a set of 8000k HIDs which will go in my outers (which are set of a switch but only can come on when headlights are on in they way one sets up spotties, The inners will either end up with the 6000ks or h4s, havent decided yet. this was just setup for the purpose of testing. turns out one didnt work for very long, the ballast shit itself. contacted ebay seller who was very happy to send another one asap. most helpful they have been. Also i just noticed in the photo it looks like the parker is reflecting the headlight, thats actually my LED parker lights. heres a shot of the bay as it currently sits, until it runs and i mount everything a little more permanently when in sure nothing will need to be swapped or removed or something lol. and last but not least a pic of the spot where the batterty used to be, neat little setup for the things that have been added (relays for headlights and thermos and a little power/fuse block i can tap new stuff into.

sooo lots more done tonight, my lights and fans are all wired up, the amount of air they move on the faster speed is simply insane, ill probs never have to run them that fast, my radiator is basically overkill lol. fuel system is basically finished save for a small bit of fuel hose running into my fuel pump from my filter. so yeah watch this space for me anouncing it being running tomorrow haha. then taken for its first test drive tomorrow night or sunday night, pending when i get my diff swap done

powercruise weekend it will either be there with me, or it will be tucked away safely at home in case i break my shit and can't get back home lol.

technically you can use LEDs as indicators but you need load resistors.

Fuel tank is back in and have done some of my new fuel lines. Rest will be finished next chance i get to go do some more on it. basically i just have to run them and get the fuel pumps wired up and i should be right for it to run, pending the tune of it. Then its just gotta be trailered home for a diff change and its time to go for a test run :D Also ordered a little bit of lighting. Should light up like a christmas tree at night lol.

nah my muffs too good looking to cover up lol. ordered my new shockies and front springs today. i can't be stuffed with having a custom tailshaft made for this so once its back here i daresay ill be putting the diff out of my DX into it, i have plenty of axles for that anyways
