hey hey If your radiator hoses seem to be a little ratty and crappy looking replace them too. Hoses splitting is not fun and can be dangerous. cheers des

I'm putting a t50 behind my gze.i will definetly let ya's know if it breaks.

A W58 i think is overkill.A T50 will last if you treat it right. Shock loading will kill any gearbox. A T50 will bolt up if you change the flywheel from the stock gze one.you will need any 8 bolt flywheel so a 86kw/100kw will fit and work.

I pulled the gauge out of the cup and had a look and its actual carbon fibre, when ya hold it in your hand you can't even notice its there. :thumbsup: I might actually get the 4k out during the week and seriously start hunting down the parts. I'm doing it with freinds because I'm not to knowledgable on these engines, I'm learning as we go along.I'm after ae71 engine crossmembers and gearbox crossmember now just so i can sit the engine in dream of it going.

I also got this boost gauge just so i can monitor whats going on as you do.thanks to irokin for bringing it out here :thumbsup: .

I'm taking a big tarp thats 7m x 7metres which is huge but i need more poles so if i can get someone to bring some with them that would be great. I am going to take my old mans fourby(pajero)just in case someone gets stuck or needs a tow for some reason.i should have dates by the coming wednesday, I'm making it on a weekend at the end of november. if i can get a list of people coming ie relatives, kids and partners etc that would be great.just so i can get numbers. what sort of cars a people bringing just so we know what we are looking for when we meet up. cheers des :D

hey people I was just thinking about how i could get my sc to spin faster. If a sc12 spins more than about 10,000 rpm the teflon seals start to melt, What if it didnt have teflon seals what if it had steel seals.could this be done and still be reliable? i googled the topic and didnt find much at all. :D

i went off my speedo about 3 days ago, it stops at 180 and it went passed that and then it didnt move any more so I'm guessing about 190 - 200kph.i was on a hill till about 170 then flat land to whatever speed i was doing.I'm glad i have big brakes on my seca now. :D
