I use to watch up here in QLD but the last times i went i didn't drive there, I hitched a ride with mates or walked. I welcome the new laws as some things these people do is just stupid, I'm talking about the spectators not the drivers. People throwing flairs, Turning on hydrants at intersections for the cars with open centers, Fights etc. I'm getting bored watching unskilled people do donuts even though i use to do them there but i grew out of it pretty quick. A few weeks ago a chick driving a EB/ED XR8 got done for doings skids and the weekend after she was back at it, Couldn't drive for shit and risked every ones lives. Every single car i have worked on gets hard radiator hoses when the temp is up to normal. The hot water expands and pressurizes the radiator, Thats why if you take the cap off when its hot your most likely going to get boiling water in your face. It doesn't boil in the system because the water is pressurized and that raises the boiling point, Anti freeze/anti boil raises it again. Well thats what ive worked out anyway. If the water bubbles most likely head gasket.

Cooling system is getting flushed tomorrow arvo and replaced with Toyota red coolant so if any air pockets are there they will be gone. Went out and had a tinker with the wiring around the plug and where it goes into the loom and now it works.

Old one came on just over half when it was working.

New sensor. Unplug the sensor and they come on. Got up to 3/4 then i unplugged it so they would come on.
