  1. The sigma lives, and is flipping burgers in Alabama. well not really, but it's still on the road. The guy that own's it (Dan_24 form NS) is looking to off load it because his rover V8 powered KE70 is nearing compleation, just need to finish the wireing (fuel pump isn't going :/ Here's a few pics to keep you guessing Jordan
  2. I've heard of doing that, because I know it takes ages to do it at room tempreature with a screwdriver. no plans as yet, as this is on a strict $5 budget (enought for the CIG welding rod, already spent) Jordan
  3. The only problem I've noticed is that it now echo's because all of the sound deadening has been removed.   4. Yes it's a cooner/padock basher/rally thrasher or whattever you want to call it. It's straight, runs very well, doesn't leak oil or water, however is full of rust. It is registerable in SA. Mods so far: Stripped interior spooled up diff Corona mags (I think) Mods to follow: 1 coil to be out of the front springs (lowers and stiffins) turn the bottom leaf at the back upside down, and clamp on top, (lowers and stiffens the car) 1.5" to be cout out of each guard (rust removal and guard clearance,) then flair the guards Rattle can Matt black paint job. It's light and quick, (well for a 4k,) only thing left to do the the interoir is remove the heater core and this bizzar strip of metal.   9. While most of these have fallen off long ago, I'm trying to remove the door trims from my KE55 coupe, the only problem however is that I can't get the winder off. The trims are in execellent condition and will be for sale one they are removed, as such I'm reluctant to just hack them off. I know they are held on by a circlip of some discription, I just fall short of knowing how to get them off. Any help in with regards to this matter will be appreiceated Cheers jordan

  12. Helo Nick, One issue you may face with this conversion is that the steering box may interfere with the exhaust manifolds. We experienced similar issues when putting the 3.8 into a corona and a Rover V8 into a KE70. Jordan
