Looks good mate, i like your work. I'm doing similar conversion atm into KE30. Just got motor mounted over the weekend,just need to make the gearbox mount now.

top secret mate, if i tell u i have to kill u. Besides just come and have a look u might learn something.

Id like to have My KE30 at Time attack on display even if its not done, see how i go. Here are a few more recent pics, motor is in position, now just have to make mounts and find suitable bushes to use with the mounts. Also standard jap diff is out and R31 diff getting cut down, should be ready in a few weeks time and then ill be setting up the rear end, which is going to be fun. Also started rebuilding the R31 rear brake calipers that were full of 25 yrs of crap , so just waiting on the rubber kits to finish them and get them ready for paint. Last but not least all the unwanted holes are welded up and primerd waiting for when i get around to painting the engine bay.

I'm using the standard computer so the standard s2000 digital cluster has to be used, besides it will look great when its done.

Hi guys, been really busy working on the rolla lately. I dumby fitted the motor in the car and got more of an idea as to what needs to be modded to fit the f20c. Here are a few pics of some of the recent progress. Enjoy

Been playing around with a spare intake plenum i bought cheap, deleting all the factory casting marks off the plenum and runners smoothening it out for hi fill primer so i can paint it when I'm ready. Should look the goods when its done !

Started stripping the motor down today. I disconected the engine loom from the motor, pulled the factory exhust manifold off and the AC pump also as i wont be using these, now its ready to start fab work mounting it in the engine bay of the rolla. Stay tuned !

Ok, so i cut all the standard brackets off the diff today, leaving just panard rod mount which ill be using and sway bay mounts which ill also try and use. Took fricken ages but turned out well, sprayed a little primer on it to stop any surface rust till i drop it off next week to get cut down. Enjoy !

Got an R31 silhouette diff for the rolla, LSD 28 spline Borg warner. It looks like shit atm, but its nice and tight nearly no backlash and looks to have been rebuilt at some stage. Had a look inside and it looks good, thinking of going 4.11 ratio as its 3.7 factory but not sure atm. Getting it cut down in the next few weeks and fitting falcon axles to convert to 5 stud.

I heard your going to run a Honda motor, so you can make more power ! LOL can't blame you i might do the same.

Going with Hopper stoppers bolt on brake kit, custom 5 stud hub 300mm rotors and falcon twin piston calipers.

As a few people have said you need to track down a a front sump set up off a 1JZ to make it work with out major mods. Do a little more research and see if you can track one down, not easy to find seperated from a 1jz but see how you go.

definatley will do one more cruze before i start pulling it apart.

Ok motor is out and S2K is on its way to WA. I must say it was one of the hardest motors i have ever had to pull out bloody nightmare. Now the fun part begins fitting the motor and box into the KE30, should be interesting. Thanks to Marty, Kev and Colin for there help.

Good on you Mate, pics look good and i like those ram tubes, if only you could leave them exposed with no filters they would look even better, but illegal not to mention bad for the motor.

Looks great Jordain, i reckon go the meshies all round with white centre. Always loved the look of white on white, with that polised lip will set it off.
