  2. Hi guys just bought a ke10 equipped with a toyoglide, just wondering has anyone converted one of these to manual and what was done in regards to the clutch sleeve in the firewall? As auto ones don't have it. Cheers.

  4. Howdy, just need to know where the bonnet cable runs and the location for the bonnet release under the dash in a ke10. The cable is non existant in mine so i have no idea. also if anyone has a good condition one could you shoot me a pm please.

  6. Sorry to sound like a noob but if i wanted to put a swaybar in this thing how would i do that?. How do you put one in a car that never had one?. I've never had a registered ke10 before only ke30's and 20's so this is new territory for me.
  7. I've always copped it from my mates, but even more so now i got this ke10, i even had to tell them i intend to sell it once i've done it up ( complete bullshyte of course ) just to shut them up.

  9. Am i the only one that has the piss taken out of them for owning/liking corollas? Not only friends but people in general scoff at me when i say i'm into rollas, like i'm supposed to follow the hoards of other bogans driving their commonwhores and falcoons. I mean i've had 4 commodores, i just prefer corollas.

  12. Ok so i need some new struts then, will put wtb thread up this arvo.
  13. Dunno what's goin on, no spring would be able to sit in the bottom perch anyway, hard to explain why but i'll get a pic tomorrow so you can see what i mean. But as you can clearly see the strut looks completely different to yours.
  14. As i said, there's no springs in this bad boy. And what seems to be a bottom spring perch actually isn't.
  15. I just read the faq/wiki, then i went and had a look at the struts in the ke10, the front struts don't have springs nor can they be put in, wtf? is there different types of struts for ke10's?
  16. Its basically the front i'm inquiring about. Is it possible to put a ke20 crossmember and struts in? This would give me disc brakes also. Jono what do you mean get some ke20 springs? Can i put them in the ke10 struts? p.s. I want this thing slammed.
  17. I know they have a transverse leaf setup in the front, do you have to get this reset to lower it or what's the trick?

  21. Just acquired this ke10 from TE278U. Plans are to get it running first (damn electronic dizzy), fresh coat of satin black inside and out, some red steelies and crown hubcaps, whitewalls, venetians etc etc. i know its been done to death but i've always wanted one like it. Anyway this pic was taken on the way home towed by my brother in-law's v8 hiace.
  22. $500 guys don't need it anymore, but it's out of rego. still runs perfectly.
  23. Ok guys it's registered now and i've migrated back down to victoria. The bloody thing never skipped a beat, ran perfectly. But now i wanna get my '78 corona registered so it needs to go. It has 3 months qld reg on it, brand new tyres cd player yada yada. Paint's still fingered but runs awesome. Price is still $1500 but thats firm and with the reg. Its now located in shepparton victoria. My number has changed too. Its now 0408892734, Cheers.
