Finally spotted philbey tonight. That wagon is a bloody nice bit of kit! Saw him pulling a sly dog act on the corner of Edwards Street and South Road at 5:30 tonight by cutting through Instant Windscreens. At least I presume that's what he was up too. I was just so happy to finally spot the KE16.

Bahahahaha........... I can lift a full slab of Beams...... however I just prefer to lift one can at a time and do 24 repetitions in order to get maximum benefit from my session. Actually I have been working pretty hard from the excellent advice given on page1 of this thread. I am happy with progress and I have even changed my diet considerably. Still struggling to get any definition around the area that some people call a 6pack. :o I shall not be putting up a pic of how I am going though you dirty pervs. :S

So much fun........ I have indeed spent hours playing with them. There's also a Karmann Ghia version and a Porsche version which even has a 914 included. The original BugSelecta is the best fun though. Also there is a Valiant version, an Audi version and a Honda version. Annnnnnd................... there is this one which is all sorts of cars Modify My Ride Anyhow thats a bit off topic. Looking forward to next weeks pics of this low and flappered.

Sweet Fasty. You're a dub head now. Get on Melburg Luft. Those boys will give you any hook up you need on it. Paint looks good in that pic. I reckon slam it (so easy on those things), flapper it, eyelids (ClassicVW in Sydney are cheap), then start VW accessorising it. There is so much stuff you can get for them. OG accessories are the way to go. I would even try to get an oldskool roof rack but thats just me so I could chuck some of my old metal eskies up there for cruisin. :wink:

Yeh I hear that too....... planning on bagging something in the next 12 to 18 months if funds permit. Dunno what car yet. Problem is it ain't cheap. $3k to $6k depending on what you want to do and what quality and diameter airlines you want. If you want quick response then you need thick lines and good pumps. Big $$$

Oh hell yeh..... they look sweet! Autosol whilst watching TV. When you think they are done. Give them another going over. It's amazing just how much black crap comes off even when they look great.

Hey all, I live in Adelaide and am considering a purchase from Victoria. What I need to know is............. when you guys have to have your yearly roadworthy check............. do they check that the engine number still matches the number on the registered paperwork for the vehicle? The reason for this is that once a vehicle gets to Adelaide they do a numbers check before they will register it here. That means they check such things and if something doesn't match like that then you get kncoked back for transfer of rego and you have to then take the car through a full roadworthy inspection. One of the many joys of living in Adelaide is that so far we don't have such full inspections and I don't want to have to go through one. So in short: For your yearly roadworthy..... do they check the engine number hasn't changed? Cheers peeps.

:lolcry: Thanks !!! Yeh I planned on doing wing mirrors, but haven't because one of the other guys has done it. I like that look a lot though. Looks excellent! Peep mirrors are cool, but I've done them on a few of my other cars.

Ohmygod I would kill for a non-crashed Daisy. How freakin cool. Sorry Daisy came to grief at some point.
