Nah, the V8 option was more like a "king of wishful thinking" moment I had. I've always loved an 8 in a small car but I also realise it's impracticalities. If I was to build such a thing.. I'd build it strict street/strip, like Paul Cundy's Blown 383ci V8 KE30, which then saw a 13B Turbo motor converted! I ain't a huge fan of rotorollas, I'm old fashion there, I say leave rotors in Mazdas. Plus to convert a 13B would be close to the $9K-$10K mark, so I may just stick to either a screamer 4... or a boosted 4.
Thanks for the info... Now it was mentioned earlier about these 7K motors... what's the deal with them, are they sourceable? Parts easy to get? Does it require fab work? What drivetrain setup would go back with this?
