If I got the momos... I wouldn't get em polished. I'd either leave them silver... or if I chose to do my interior tiger/white... I'd get the momos powdercoated white. I've seen it on one of my mates old dattos and it looked like a true 4 cylinder toughie... But yeah, I'd prefably keep them silver. If I found a wheel that made the car look fat... I'd maybe get them in chrome. But nothing has crossed my mind as yet. And I'd only go chrome on 17s.... not 16s. It just ain't the same!

Well, a good thing about the Momos is that they are available in 16"x7.5" and the 4/114.3 stud pattern. If I wanted to go 17" x 7" it is available also. Strong decision here. I wouldn't mind keeping the tough old school look, but I am redesigning a few things that WON'T look so old school... like the interior for example. So... that's what leans me towards wheels like the Momos. Nick, what dramas did/do you have with 17s on your rolla?

There are 3 reasons why I'd get a ute.... 22's, airbagged and a killer stereo install!! So there you go! He ain't no tradie... he just owns alot of toys! He had decked out a 70K Monaro with the plates BLISS but his ex cleaned him up and took the car too!!!!

These are the HyperFangs The other wheels 3 posts up are called Vigors The HyperFangs are a traditional look, but one that you'd go to if you can't find a decent wheel to suit. The B45s on the car, hmm.... its missing something. It doesn't look WOW to me. IT only looks crazy because they look like 21s as you pointed out :) Hmm.... decisions decisions.... Keep the options coming...

How about these... They have been around, but I have noticed not many people buy them. They would be different, but I suppose I'd wanna keep right the hell away from the kerbs, hey? hahaha

Just been heartbroken!! The Vegas are no longer in production! The Momo Sports are available still but I'm looking around the $2300rrp mark including tyres. So my only shot of getting Vegas wheels is 2nd hand. Kanga, valid point you brought to my attnetion. I do want this car to look different. So that's the point of this thread. I may be tilting towards the B45s, but ifanybody has other wheels to suggest, as the 6 spokers you were showing me previously, then I am open to suggestions from all. I value any opinion (providing it ain't ridiculous, of course) lol

He would've been belted by ALOT of people after that was finished. I love the beach scene.... the push ups (VERY GAME!!) and the gridiron ball.... that's something from out of Jackass! Go JOHNNY KNOXVILLE!! hahahahaha

Well, if you take my advise and put the 1GTTE in the front of the car for street/strip purposes.... you too can own a sexy front end as such.... I WANT IT FOR MY CAR EVENTUALLY!!! Once the 5K gets tired, of course... or if I get tired of the 5K! hahaha

Why are turbo imports not legal?? Why are turbo imports not legal, it's a standard car that comes from Japan. You know what's not natural, 20yr old Civic's with Tezza's that's not natural but we've got laws for that. No weight in the back and with an 8 in the front... lack of traction! Throw it around like it's nobody's business. Or you can be like me and see how many batteries/amps/subs you can stuff in the back tray! hahahah

I remember the Versa Series.... They made RX series cars look tough as nails! ANY small old school four for that matter! Alot of people color code Simmons to either suit their paint work or the Simmons color range.

3 piece wheels, what do you expect? I think the guy from Simmons Direct quoted me $3K for rrp on these wheels!!!!! I'd most likely buy them through the trading post or a forum or something. They'd need to ber ULTRA CLEAN before I look at buying them though. I'll see how this thread ends up. But I am tilting towards the B45s.

That's why I got the thread open in the projects section... I'll be taking snaps of the WHOLE deal! Interior to exterior makeover. So I don't mind lashing out on the car if I have to... It'll look good once all is done. :) Now come to think of it... the B45s are grabbing my attention even more!

Unless I buy these.... B45s in 16"x6".. may require some "slight lipping and flaring" perhaps... Old school look and they are tough... Otherwise, the momo sports are winning votes. And this car WILL be a show car. The paint job has already been quoted.... $4k!!!

Those wheels actually look tough! I like em. The stud pattern of the Vegas I believe is the same as the rollas (apparently they are available in 4 stud) The G-Zero are multi-fits and I thought they look abit ricey, but thought I'd make the extra option

OK.... Wheel No. 1: The original Momo Sport wheels in 17s or Wheel No. 2: The Momo replicas... ANZ Vegas in 17s. Wheel No. 3: Enkei G-Zeros in 17s

Thanks for confirming the engine dude :) What Nikki done to the centre console is what I have in mind for my car, making up my own console, aswell as the dash. One of my good mates stocks the Autometer Cobalt Digital display gauges :) Pure horn material! Pity it no longer exists, that car :P What a shame.
