I'm bored right now, Gf was meant to come over but no show from her.Just sitting here drinking jimmy, on rollaclub, Msn and youtube. I think i should go to bed but i'm too bored to get up off the seat. And i got a big case of the CBF's right now too.

I'm sitting here drinking the other half of my jimmy bottle, Sadly by my seff. My Gf was meant to be here but when i found out she wasnt coming i just thogught i would sit here and drink by meyself. I just saw a cool youtube vid and now i'm tripping out cos its plays with your seeing ability mix that with jim and you got a massive trip out lol.

That looks horn! I think its missing something though, maybe black around the door frames. When i first saw the pic i thought it was a vinyl roof. I think the vinyl will look better on the roof than having two tone paint. If your going to paint the roof i would just keep it all the same colour as the rest of the car. 18" chrome wheels on that are hot! :y:

Like I said, when its painted then I will post up pics, well here they are. Finished the prep on the roof then it was time for painting. I had to mask up my rear quarter window but I ran out of 3M blue tape but that was not going to stop me. I just used cheap white tape, gotta remember to take it off tomorrow. Everytime I had cougar I always wake up feeling like absoulute shit and wish I was dead.. I don't touch it anymore. I got pretty pissed last night.. got a bottle of jimmy for xmas so drank the better half of it. A mate brought round a UV light so i grabbed my big white jumper, Jim beam and coke looks murky green under the uv.. ha ha Still forgot to post here last night, :y:

Cheers for the motivation guys :y: I wrote a list of things i have to do to it before i can paint it. Its got about 20 things on the list. I guess if i knock 1 thing off the list every night after work i will get through it. Its just little things like prep wash engine bay, mask up rear window, bog up rust hole in left panel. Its not going to get done unless i do it. Thanks once again. I had a bender of a night last night and i just woke up now, I guess i better drag my lazy ass off the chair and finish sanding the roof. Just to motivate me a bit more i am going to say, next picture I post up will be the roof painted.

I sadly have to say that i think i'm loosing interest in my corolla project :y: Everything i do just seems like i don't see results anymore. Putting on wheels or exhaust or 2din screen is wicked. Painting the thing is so f*n boring! I just seem to be going around in circles and i can't afford $5,000 to pay a panel beater. I covered the car up with a blue tarp so i don't have to look at it. I might just need a break from it but yeah..

I was using a 5" grinder yesterday and today at work. I had to use it above my head for most of it. I was given 2x 4 foot ladders and a 4 meter plank. I had to cut a 1 inch deep grove in the bricks to accommodate steel flashing. I had to do it on 25 units. Very dusty and a heck load of noise. Its sad to hear about that guy with his face cut up. Just lucky it didnt happen to me.

I went on a "Cruise" with one of "Those" clubs, I don't want to say too much but yeah.. Nothing but full of wankers constantly ripping skids and watching their backs for cops. They call that a great night. I appreciate the rolla respect from boost cruising, its just those wankers that f*** it up for everyone and give themselves a bad reputation. I told one guy about my rolla and he said, "I don't know why you would waste your time on one of those pieces of shit man" And he's driving a stock Vs with stock interceptors and says its fully sick and rips good skids. Just coz its lowered and have tinted windows doesn't mean its Cool. If the driver wasn't such a wanker i would probably thought his car was alright. It just shows the mentality of some of the members. I used to go out ripping skids every weekend when i was younger. I think its got to do with your peers are aswell. I'm not interested in burnouts anymore, seen one, seen it all. I guess you just grow up. They haven't.

I want a mad stereo in the boot of my corolla but I'll be adding about 70kgs when its done. Thats like carrying a second person around with me all the time. It's sort of making me think twice about doing the stereo. I'll have a faster car when i drop the worked 4age in but it will be faster without the stereo :|

Whats that a pic of? If you want any tips on painting just let me know, id be happy to help. Like if your spraying a panel and the paint separates or little bubbles show up while your painting, it is caused by silicon residue on the duco. Just get some wax and grease remover and a scotchbrite and scrub away then get a clean rag and wipe off while its still wet. Repeat again but use a rag instead of a scotchbrite. Then you will have a squeaky clean surface the paint can bond to. :|
