Who uses what ISP and how much and whats your connection and download limit? I'm on TPG, with a 1500/512k connection and they just upped their price to $70 a month for 25gig. I was paying $50 a month for 20 gig. I NEED A CHEAPER ISP!!

Mine works intermittently too. No idea what it is. Yet to yank the clock apart and have a look. Could possibly be a dry solder joint or something.

I re-carpeted my panel van about 4 or so days ago. So here is some pics. Thanks to Faulksy for doing 95% of the stereo install. :D

I think i may have fixed it. Will soon find out once i go driving....

Change the whole indicator/wiper assembly. Sounds like the switch on the end of the stalk is shot to pieces.

Haha, its not fixed though. It was back to normal, with no left indicator light flashing on the dash and the fuel gauge reading incorrectly again.

Sounds like i got some fun to be had haha.

Yeah i was thinking earth, but where is the damn earth? I had a good look yesterday...and i suck at reading wiring diagrams....

I've noticed in my KE36 Panel Van (since i first got it), that i can put my right indicator on and the light flashes but when i put my left one on, it doesnt flash on the dash, but it still works. There is also the fact that my fuel gauge isnt working 100% either. So yesterday, Faulksy does pretty much all the work of installing my stereo into the PV and after I left to go up to his place last night before we went out, the left indicator light was flashing on the dash and the fuel gauge was actually registering. What are your thoughts? What could be the cause of it to suddenly start working and then the next time I get in the car it isnt? Thanks in advance Mick

Piece of piss to replace dude. Make sure you got less than 1/4 of a tank, otherwise you'll need something to catch the fuel that runs out when u undo it. Removal 1. Undo the 2 screws that hold the cover on. 2. Disconnect the fuel sender wire. Make sure you note which part of the plug it connects into 3. Undo the 5 or 6 screws that hold the sender unit in. 4. Gently maneuvre(sp?) the sender unit out. 5. Pry off cover (you don't need to bend the tabs) 6. Bend the thin piece of metal towards the resistor (coiled wire) 7. Replace cover, making sure that the tabs are tight when it goes back on. Installation is the reverse of Removal from steps 4 to 1. Let me know how you go.

Knocking coud be piston slap. a 4AC i had did that pretty bad. haha.

Just replaced the sender unit in my panel van and its worse than what the original one was. :P So i popped the cover off the moving part and bent the tab over that rubs against the resistor and it seems to be working stacks better now. I'll let you know how i go. Mick

Change your dash cluster. My temp gauge never worked until i changed the cluster. Just make sure you add your original speedo back into the cluster when you swap it over as to keep the original K's on it. Other than that, if your temp gauge works fine afterwards but the fuel gauge doesnt, then change the fuel sender unit in your fuel tank.

Thats a KE55 dash dude :) Not a KE30. :P

I'll get a pic of mine tomorrow and post it up. cos mine only has 5 :) and thats a KE55 speedo, not a KE30. KE30 didnt have raised numbers :P

Good thing about the KE30 odometer is that it only has 5 digits, not 6, so once it gets to 99,000k's, it goes back to all zero's anyway.

I use a club lock. Wont stopa professional theif though unfortunately.
