There was only one left and another lady wanted it, but decided to do the right thing and call her husband to discuss it. Mum said, "Na, screw that!" and bought it. They all have different engines. mum's bf had a 4 cylinder mitsubishi one, his friend had a V8 chev. The 4 cylinder pissed all over the V8.

My mum's bf used to race these, was quite a celebrity in the off road racing world for a while. They're sweet. Tried to drive his once though, clutch was harder than a gay man in prison. My OMG, my jaw has gone out of place again :y: hurts like hell to open it after a certain point. Can hardly eat, hurts to yawn. And I can't get into the chiropractor till next friday :no2:

WGMG is stressing out like mad then getting an assignment back and getting 13 out of 20 :( especially when a mate who did it last year hardly did any work and can't put a sentence together with swearing or mentioning jack daniels got an 18 :) AND THEN looking through the damn thing and seeing that most of the things she said I wrote wrong or are "unnecessary" and "illogical" are things she said were good or told me to write in when she checked my draft. The stupid f@$king old hag bitch.

I agree with this 100% People were doing this when the thread got closed. Talking about stuff related to the omg. I think theres over-moderation being done here. Sure, There have been a lot of unrelated conversations in that thread but that was not one of them. My guess is whoever closed the thread [can't remember who it was] was having a bad day and took it out on the thread. Sure, he might have been sick of the off topic discussion in other threads or something, and it wouldn't have been so bad to close it had the people been off topic, but IMHO they weren't.

Thanks guys, I know it sounds like he's this heaps horrible person, but he's not always that bad. But yeah, I'm taking all of your advice on board :D WGMG is sitting opposite some guy on the train, somehow ending up crossing at the same set of lights, walking just behind him down Rundle mall and ending up following him to the same food court because he's getting breakfast and I'm meeting someone, with him looking over his shoulder the entire way coz he thinks I'm stalking him. Oh, and then the person I'm meeting getting breakfast at the same place and lining up behind him. How awkward.

In my opinion, the omg thread wasn't off topic. Someone said something about eating a hard burger. People replied to that talking about how gross burgers can be and about eating burgers in the middle of the night. We were all talking about burgers. Sounds pretty on topic to me. The only way to stay on topic would be to not reply to anyone else's "omg", but just say yours and piss off. How about we all just make topics and no one replies. That way it can't get off topic at all. Perfect.

WGMG is my boyfriend constantly telling me I'm gonna have no life and calling me a "stupid worthless piece of shit" because I don't want to go to uni and do engineering and I don't do specialist maths. And also the fact that my mother has finally decided to act like a mother. Now she's just annoying. I liked it better before.

I think that's true. I'm not exceptionally mechanically minded but I want to knid of keep in touch with other corolla owners and stuff like that. Its a way to get contacts so that if you need something you can pm someone and ask "hey do you have a spare..." because you think they might. Also, would it be incredibly wrong to have a general conversation thread? Like the "omg geuss what happened today" thread except you can talk about what happened and stuff related to it without getting in trouble?

My boyfriend got a parking ticket for parking right on the edge of someone's driveway. :locked: Like none of his car was across it, but it was just near the edge. He had to pay $50!
