Is it cool to go on the freeway from Mt Lofty to Burnside or are yous after a more scenic route? And I was thinking: Meet at Parafield Bunnings Main north road to Black top Road Back Top Road through One Tree Hill, OTH to Kersbrook Kersbrook through Chain of ponds to Lobethal, Loby to carey gully on lobethal road and deviation road, then thrugh uraidla on greenhill road to Mt Lofty Summit Road onto Soth Easyern ffreeway throgh urrbrae to burnside :P OR just stick on Greenhill road to Burnside to skip mt lofty summit and freeway. I think its long, and most of these roads I've never been on but its a start. maybe south people could meet us at Loby or something if its too far for them? Or we could all meet there? EDIT: Shit it's gonna use like 2 tanks of fuel :cool: lol

You'll have to drive coz Eddy's most likely coming so you'd have to squish into the back seat and its not that comfy but I'll meet you somewhere between your house and my house:) I'll figure out where Burnside is and Mt Lofty and work out the route. Suggestions will be good. Oh and PS it would be handy to know where most people are coming from to find a good place in the middle to meet? But if not, I'll find a place I think will be good and if its a bit far you can suck it :cool: OR North people and South people meet at seperate places and then meet together somewhere else on the way to Mt Lofty? :party:

Ok so because last time I tried to organise anything it was too late notice so I thought I'd mention it now, and I also have no idea where to go :y: lolol My birthday's on the 28th of March, but because thats the date of the Old Skool New Age show I thought I'd make this cruise on the friday night beforehand so... the 26th? I thinks? So who wants to go? And where? I live in the Barossa so I'd rather not go down to like Mt Gambier or anythiing lol but maybe we could meet at like parafield in the Bunnings carpark and like drive down to Henley beach or something? And have a few [non alcoholic for those underaged!] drinks or whatever. This will probably be my first cruise unless a good one pops up beforehand so I'd really like to just hang out and meet yous all and stuff :cool: This whole thing is quite open to negotiation so wing us some thoguhts :2thumbs:

We went to see a family friend in hospital yesturday. She's in her mid-thirties and in intensive care because her liver's failed. She's already had two transplants, the first when she was 13, the second two years ago after she had a baby and its already screwed again. She's had a valve put in to keep it going until they find a new liver, but now her kidney's are failing and its really not looking good. They say because it shut down so quickly and it would be her third transplant her body isn't handling it too well and unfortunately there's not too much hope that she'll survive this time. I feel so sorry for her husband, he works in the mines at Roxby and he can't go to work while she's sick, they have a three year old son and he's up to his eyeballs in debt, I don't know how he'll cope if the worst happens. The next chance you get, PLEASE rgister yourself as an organ donor, your body doesn't need your bits once your dead and someone like Ange might, you could save so many people's lives and you hardly even need to make an effort. I just hope they find a liver for her soon. She's a battler.
