sorry to hi-jack, but if i already have a 2t fitted in my car, if i wanted to upgrade later it would just bolt straight in wouldnt it? possibly even with the same extractors?? and why is efi not as popular with these engines? cheers.

ok, so i finally got my bum in gear and decided to finish off the interior. so here are some pics of the panels which i finished off today. i also did a bit of heat wrapping last weekend. i got 30m for 50 bucks on ebay :P just waiting for the little cup insert thingo to dry now. cheers, tom

got one for free off dads mate. then my next door neighbours sisters boyfriend noticed it in the driveway and came over and told me his mate had one that he would sell, and i ended up getting that one for 400 bucks. and so on and so forth. we have a ke50 made from bits of two cars.

nickZ's setup looks similar to mine except i don't have the sides on the frame. ive got a ke50 seat bolted to a frame with a raised pedal box so the pedals are angled. ive got a drifing force pro, which is awsome. I'm currently re-building the whole frame and am incorporating a sequential shifter on the left hand side instead of gay american right hand, a custom clutch pedal and a hand brake :lolcry: its just a matter of re-wiring the current DFP buttons and incorporating switches. I'm re-locating the centre hub with all the buttons and bolting a sports steering wheel on in place of the small wheel, so its more like a car, using a custom hub. by the way, this is for the D1 GP 2005 ps2 game, thats why I'm making the hand brake and clutch. ill post pics when its finished

sweet as. i work at the harbourtown bunnings which is literally like 1km down the road so ill cruise up there for a bite. i might get andrew and the phat rona to meet me at work too.

so you guys will still be around at 9ish? I'm keen to take the ke50 for a cruise. ill have to wash it though. it got filthy as on sunday from the drift day. not to mention the rain yesterday. mmm big brown dots on the roof.

yea I'm up for it. even though i don't really know ya trav but a cruise is a cruise :D i finish work at 9pm, any chances you will still be round then? id be up for pizza for sure.

HPI Magazine actually used one of these on their r32 4 door (rb24) and it made about 235kw at the wheels, using the kkr-480. they said the response is great for this size turbo, but said the 430 would be better suited to that particular engine. they havent seemed to have any problems

well with the help of my wallet and teddy's abbility with sicisors here are my new door trims! also covering some over panels in the boot etc but am yet to finish them off. the underlay now i know why teddy has a growing hatred of contact adhesive :P when you run out of weights, use calipers! with the speaker pods on. hope you guys like it! another pic from the day. three white cars, three sets of dish :P
