I used to go into toowoomba alot and i don't think they were all that bright up that way to start with :)

I was a daily bike rider for many years (got my R1 when i was 18 lol) and all my mates ride, and we all have done our q-ride through Pro-Honda at rocklea. They do it in one day course's which you can do any day of the week for bout 220-250 i think it was. Just make sure you stick to a 250 for a year and don't just wait it out and then jump on something crazy. Plus you need to have held your p's for a year now i think to even go for your moto learners. I'm so up for this cruise :rolls: Would love to do option 2 as it is so good though. Have riden it on my bike so many times and would love to take the rolla up there. Is not really much longer then goin via the whole of the warrego highway either. Might meet you all at blacksoil then see if i can make it to toowoomba the 2nd way before you all :P

Been awhile since i last did an update on the rolla so here it goes, Lowered it 3" :dance: Did a quick export paint job on the bonnet, did the interior black including carpeting the back, installed a crane cams electronic ignition, and purchased a weber for it today. Will post more pics on thurs night.

Never really loved any of my cars, but loved my first bike to pieces. Was a CBX250, paid $50 for it, it cost more in oil each week then fuel (10l of oil per 100k's gets expensive) had a top speed of just under 100 with a tail wind down hill if i was doin 70 at the top of the hill and it was atleast a couple of k's to the bottom. But for the 45,000k's i did on it during my first year of riding i loved it. But the timing chain snapped putting all 3 valves through the piston :bash: Gave it away and still cry when i see its new owner riding it round from time to time.

Ok, i've had a very loud knockin in the front of my car for awhile and i put it up today to do the clutch and noticed that my strut has come apart in the middle where the nut holds the shockie in :bash: Goin to replace the whole strut now due to it destroying itself, but was wondering if AE71 struts would fit into it as i noticed one at the wreckers near my work the other day and can get to them quite easily. Any help appreciated :y:

I'm so up for a cruise, i'm keen as mustard to see some more rolla's especially db king's pano. :D Plus i love twistie little road with the 4k power plant.

Oh man your pano is sweet as, i want your bumpers :locked: . Mine are all dinged up and painted black. Bout the goin slow, mine was so gutless when i got it, so i opened up my airbox and did the points, condesor, and pulled my carb apart and cleaned it and it goes 10 billion times better now. And when you lower it make sure you post up pics and details aswell so i know if 3 inches will be to low.

ok so been a while but i finally got off my arse and did some work to the pano, fitted the park light (thanks heaps for that littleredspirit :y: ) and fitted some new headlights and bulbs and fitted some gauges (half done but ran out of daylight) and got a fully sic cannon fitted ulay :yes: and cleaned the engine abit hopefully lower it in 2 weeks :locked: not sure how low to go but, i was thinkin 3 inches but my boss said to just go 2. How low can these things go and still be driveable? Anyhow i'll keep y'all updated on what ever it is i do.

Would like to modify but flat broke, will lower it as soon as i have done all the head lights. Only one works atm, RH high beam. After that i wouldn't mind playin round with it.
