Hey all

 

well soon i shall be on holidays and for my two weeks off i plan to finish the 35 hardtop

the only problem i have is what colour, I'm thinking a yellow maybe like the yellow they

have on the new monaro. Anyway if you think of anything else let us no. :wink:

Yellow is a good colour, i painted one of my ke30's yellow many years ago, i used the factory corolla sunflower yellow, turned out great! the finish you want depends on the preperation you do! :wink:

Yellow is a good visibility colour. So statistically your chance on not having an accident is good.

What about the gold/bronze/orange colour on the matiz, the green looks good on my rolla.

ford xr5 orange is pretty cool or bmw hennarot (dark orange)

I bright red wouldn't be bad. Maybe a metalic colour. Silver or metalic blue.

or that new ford blue thats nice too

I like the light blue and greeen thats on the new Camry atm.

It looks good but its not orange its like a brown orange ;)

if i had the time, and money i'd have my car resprayed in 2pak gun metal grey ;) but i don't lol so my 35 is just going to be the std 'fireball' red colour. Anyways,

I rekon you should paint it the Monaro Light blue. Saw this colour on a ke25 and it looked really good.
