Oh I'm not having a good day today.

I went to the art gallery to see an exhibition that I could use fr my art essay/report thing and first I got yelled at by some bitch for taking photos of the works I was interested in, even though it was very obvious I was writing the name of the atists and every detail about their work, and THEN the exhibition I wanted to look at was shut and some other asian art one was doing the press show blah blah so after a long tantrum of swearing and abusing every detail of the gallery we left and had lunch.

 

Then Eddy was laughing at everything I did or said calling me a problem child and making me even angrier.

 

And THEN! we went inti some building in the uni and got on the 1st floor lift to go to the 3rd floor, it went down tonground floor where 2 stupid maintinance assholes were standing there and said "oh we're working on this, mind taking the stairs?" I was like OH MY GOD! You don't put a sign up then you take us down to GROUND floor just so we can walk up the stairs to THIRD floor! That's just rude! Oh my god I am so angry! :|

We were having a meeting today, so I was the one who got to stay in the shop while they went outside for the meeting. Now, I work at a place where everyone one loves skank, sorry, star fm. There was no one else in the shop but me and it was really quiet so I changed the station to JJJ. It stayed that way for like two, two and a half hours (?) and then during one of the random times when it says "super request on triple j", my colleague who was working with me came up and heard this (he had been off doing other stuff all night, nowhere near the audible reach of the radio) and said "What is this shit?" and changed it to f@$king skank fm again.

 

And guess what, he walked off again and didn't come within audible reach of the radio again until I went home.

Becoming more like a supermarket than a place to refuel and maybe pick up somthing mildy car related.

 

Went to the BP on the corner of Sturt and Brighton Rd's.

 

Filled up, went inside and went on the hunt for tail/brake lights. Out of about 20million rows of shelves ( 10m long x 1/7m high) there was a section about 2m wide with car related stuff. and they didnt even have the globes.

 

I mean, its a freakin servo.....not a bloody supermarket. If i wanted tampons and toilet paper i would goto the supermarket.

 

GAH...now i have to wait till after work tomorrow to get new globes and hopefully get my brake lights working again. currently turning parkers on everytime i touch the brake pedal, annoying.

Did you ask the guys at the counter? At our work we have them behind console.

I used to work for a caltex servo where they had an onsite garage which I did some work away from the console but to pay a mechanic that was there a full weeks wage you have to be doing alot of services or repair work, There is a caltex up here at North Ipswich that still does mechanical but there is no money in it now when your mum, dad or grandparents can go to the local kmart tyre and auto and have a day of shopping.

Globes are behind the counter at a BP in a nice foam NARVA merchandiser.

Ryan, is there something we should know? You said if you wanted tampons and toilet paper you'd go to a supermarket. My guestion is why do you need tampons and where are you sticking them? :cool:

Also, so your brake lights work? So when you brake your parkers and brake lights come on?

Mine do the same? You get use to it.
